For the record for those looking at this review:
You placed your order with us yesterday at 09.40am and sent proof of payment at 09.46. We immediately actioned the order as per usual, and as there was no problem with stock, there was no need to communicate further after the site sent the standard email that the order was received.
At 09.00 today (the next day) we booked the courier for a same day service (you would have received a notice to this effect via email) and by 14.56 the order was delivered. This is probably as fast as any business in the country could do the same delivery.The only error I made was that the courier was booked this morning, not yesterday, but that was because the stock was only ready after cut-off (2pm).
If you had paid on our site, the payment receipt would have updated automatically, but as you opted for EFT payment, this only gets noted when do check the banking, which happens mostly first thing in the morning. Proof of payment is not usually a guarantee that the funds are showing our side, so we wouldn't usually acknowledge that. You also did not enable the proof of payment to be sent from the bank - and considering that we sometimes get fake POP's sent through, we always wait for funds to be cleared anyway before contacting clients on this basis.
So considering your order was made and completed in a day, it feel like you are looking for a reason to complain here, and it's most certainly not a valid one. Your feeling of "arrogance" from our replies stating all of the above factually, without any tone whatsoever feels like one that you have perceived without cause and is equally not valid.

Hi Buhle, We have never had this complaint as the courier company sends a booking email as soon as it’s booked, which we did today, the same day you placed your order which is exceptionally fast. You will have it soon, probably tomorrow morning. I’m not sure what more you would have liked us to do in less than a day? You can also track the order on the ‘my account’ section of our website.
