Not too fond of online shopping, still like walking into a shop and physically seeing what I am buying. Anyway, found Bounce and gave them a call...I wanted to know things. Spoke to Chris, told him what i was looking for and whether the product would match my requirements and expectations, based on the product reviews I had read. Placed my order on Friday, got it on Saturday, off the beaten track in Northern Natal! Well done Bounce Online and Chris, especially for the time spent answering my questions. I was not spending a fortune, none the less, received fantastic service. The product: Edifier R2000 bookshelf speakers-great bang for your buck. Thanks Bounce and Chris, rock solid, not the slightest tinge of buyer remorse!

I was looking at a Audio Technica upgrade cartridge for my turntable. I used the online help chat option, and Chris responded almost immediately. The first choice option was not in stock at supplier, but had stock of the more expensive second option. Chris offered discount of this option to be the same price of the first option and immediately changed the online price in order for me to place my order. I didn't even ask for this. Really rare to get this type of service nowadays. Also received my package (I am located outside main centre) within 2 days. And received frequent tracking updates on parcel. Chris, keep it up!! Also EXTREMELy happy with the product itself.

Really great service! They didn't have the product I wanted in stock but made the effort of finding a bunch of similar products in their store that would work for me. They even went so far as to make sure that, seeing as the new mic I was getting could be used with a USB, if I really still needed the extra equipment. They didn't have to do that, but they did it in any case. Just really considerate and awesome people. Thanks! Will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a case online first time using them and sent POP. No acknowledgment of emails just automated response. Then I wrote back asking about my order and some arrogant Chris guy responded that they’ve never had complaints. If he read the email he would understand but he was more focused on being defensive. Unfortunately I was desperate that’s why I bought from this company but never again.

The best online shop for sound gear in South Africa. Chris is an absolute legend! Super fast responses to all queries in general, and I have spent thousands with them over the years. But these guys blew me away over the last week. I ordered a box of sound adapters for our company the day before unrest started in KZN. Our package was looted from the warehouse during the looting mayhem. One message to Chris and our shipment was replaced with no issues at all and we received it the next day.

GREAT, GREAT SERVICE, thank you Bounceonline!!! What an amazing experiencing dealing with Bounceonline, I placed an order for an Electronic drum set and if you buy a seat (throne) with the drum set you get the throne at a discounted price, at first the full amount was charged, I then sent the Sales person a mail to question this and he said he will arrange for the discounted amount to be refunded to me (refund happened within 48 hours) and was very impressed! I placed another order in the morning about a week after my first order and the second order was delivered the same day, how amazing is that? I just would like to say thanks to Chris and Tiffany for the exceptional service received and to keep up the great work. Much appreciated

Their staff is egotistic, full of pride and they just want to get their point across instead of actually helping a customer out. Personally bounceoline is the worst online store I've ever came across I wouldn't recommend ordering from them to anybody that likes keeping tabs on their order. I ordered the behringer bh470 headphones using payfast as a method of payment. It reflected on my account that the payment went through. But when I checked on their site it stipulated that I didnt pay and it wanted me to make yet another payment. Hence I composed an email to one of their employees Chris he responded to me with such enthusiasm, it really looked like he wanted to help out. We exchanged a few emails after that he just automatically stopped, all of this flustered me even more. So you can imagine the amount of frustration I was feeling especially when I had already made a payment of R595 to the store. And the one person who was supposed to help me make sense of all this suddenly stopped responding to my emails. I have nothing else to say about them or to them except that I dont want anything more from them. I just want my money back and would I recommend ordering from Bounce Sound and Light? Hell NO run away as fast you can.</div>
