Poor communication skills

<div>Poor communication skills, on top of that they dont know to handle or deal with a customer. Their staff is egotistic, full of pride and they just want to get their point across instead of actually helping a customer out. Personally bounceoline is the worst online store I've ever came across I wouldn't recommend ordering from them to anybody that likes keeping tabs on their order. I ordered the behringer bh470 headphones using payfast as a method of payment. It reflected on my account that the payment went through. But when I checked on their site it stipulated that I didnt pay and it wanted me to make yet another payment. Hence I composed an email to one of their employees Chris he responded to me with such enthusiasm, it really looked like he wanted to help out. We exchanged a few emails after that he just automatically stopped, all of this flustered me even more. So you can imagine the amount of frustration I was feeling especially when I had already made a payment of R595 to the store. And the one person who was supposed to help me make sense of all this suddenly stopped responding to my emails. I have nothing else to say about them or to them except that I dont want anything more from them. I just want my money back and would I recommend ordering from Bounce Sound and Light? Hell NO run away as fast you can.</div>
