Bovine Leather doesn't admit their mistake on their part and refuses full refund

Very good quality leather.

However measurements of the backpack was incorrect on the website. I have received much smaller back pack. I have purchased it on sale at price reduced by R100. Therefore return & refund wasn't under the company policy in this case. However I have been offered refund with R250 deduction for both ways delivery and admin fee. I have complained about incorrect description of the size of the backpack but company has not admitted it or refer to it in their e-mails. After my complaint regarding their mistake the company wasn’t willing to cover the cost of deliveries and admin.
