Beautiful products and fast delivery
Ordered 2 custom leather keychains and am Super happy with my products, Design team were quick to communicate and confirm my designs and delivery was fast! will be purchasing from them again.

Bad customer service!
Regretting placing an order the moment it was placed. Never encountered such rudeness in my life. I don’t understand how they make money as customer service and customer relations are non existent. If it wasn’t for the 20% deductible for cancellation then I would have cancelled the order. This order was a trial run to see if I can make use of them for corporate gifting but this will be the first and last time I make use of them. Really disappointed.

Bad customer service!
Regretting placing an order the moment it was placed. Never encountered such rudeness in my life. I don’t understand how they make money as customer service and customer relations are non existent. If it wasn’t for the 20% deductible for cancellation then I would have cancelled the order. This order was a trial run to see if I can make use of them for corporate gifting but this will be the first and last time I make use of them. Really disappointed.

Bovine Leather doesn't admit their mistake on their part and refuses full refund
Very good quality leather. However measurements of the backpack was incorrect on the website. I have received much smaller back pack. I have purchased it on sale at price reduced by R100. Therefore return & refund wasn't under the company policy in this case. However I have been offered refund with R250 deduction for both ways delivery and admin fee. I have complained about incorrect description of the size of the backpack but company has not admitted it or refer to it in their e-mails. After my complaint regarding their mistake the company wasn’t willing to cover the cost of deliveries and admin.

Excellent quality leather products, fast shipping
