Bad Attitude and Lack of responsibility

The owner took no responsibility for his staff after they hurt my dog, they did not even bother to come and have a look but wanted to argue. Mistakes happen and I understand that but not taking responsibility is where the problem lies. Not sure if it was dirty equipment or the cut that start this, either way it's Bow Wow Buggy that is responsible. I had to take my dog to the VET and now she has an infection and hot spot under the neck as a result of Bow Wow Buggy. It's really not about the Vet's bill but about their bad attitude. My dog is hurt and they make excuses and want vet's reports. My dog has never had hot spots or sores before this incident. Not sure what has changed but their service is not what it used to be. I am only posting this so other pet owners don’t have to go through this.
