Want to start by saying that I think the groomers of this business are fine. They have always treated my dogs really well, but the ownership are massively unprofessional and rude which makes engagement extremely difficult. I questioned the pricing, after having been a client since March so this was not a one-off, nor was it a negotiation actually. They quoted me only slightly less for non-cutting services vs when they shave and cut the dogs. When questioned, they actually started arguing with me that they are competitive in pricing and they can price how they want and their groomers are well paid, which was not even remotely related to my concern. After expressing my opinion, the response was that "they are not the business for me." I don't think this is how to behave or how to treat a client. The disinterest in having a conversation with a client is unacceptable and this is not the first time either. The first argument was last month when the groomer told me they accidentally cut my doggo and the management came back insisting she was "cut before and they noticed the cut." Not that I made a big deal but it seems that honesty and transparency is not high on their list of supplier qualities. I honestly would not recommend when there are other services more affordable, better quality, and honest communication
