Worst Store Experience

Honestly I am not one to complain or write a review about a store however after today I felt I needed to share my experience on how I was treated rudely, nor assisted ,nor given any resolution to the current problem I have regarding the gift card that I have which on both the email and text states that it can be redeemed at a boxer store. I walked into the Boxer bottle store and inquired at till if they can assist to redeem the gift card, the tiller then requested female security guard to call the store supervisor. The store supervisor arrived, I greeted her she did not respond back ,I awesome she didn't hear so I greeted her again however the response was" where is the gift card? "I showed her the email she read it then turned and said we don't do WI codes. The next i see is the male security guard showing me the door .Mind you I never argued and raised my voice but I was escorted out the store like a ******** .I did not touch anything in the store . I still have the Boxer gift card but this point with no where to use it. Funny how quick they are to help you when you are buying with cash or credit card but when you have a gift card, all of sudden or conveniently so the store is unable to help customers who purchase with a gift card. All a wanted was help however what this has done is just leave a foul taste in my month .
