Worst Store Experience
Honestly I am not one to complain or write a review about a store however after today I felt I needed to share my experience on how I was treated rudely, nor assisted ,nor given any resolution to the current problem I have regarding the gift card that I have which on both the email and text states that it can be redeemed at a boxer store. I walked into the Boxer bottle store and inquired at till if they can assist to redeem the gift card, the tiller then requested female security guard to call the store supervisor. The store supervisor arrived, I greeted her she did not respond back ,I awesome she didn't hear so I greeted her again however the response was" where is the gift card? "I showed her the email she read it then turned and said we don't do WI codes. The next i see is the male security guard showing me the door .Mind you I never argued and raised my voice but I was escorted out the store like a ******** .I did not touch anything in the store . I still have the Boxer gift card but this point with no where to use it. Funny how quick they are to help you when you are buying with cash or credit card but when you have a gift card, all of sudden or conveniently so the store is unable to help customers who purchase with a gift card. All a wanted was help however what this has done is just leave a foul taste in my month .

Worst Store Experience

Bad Experience.
I am coming from Boxer in Noord rank. These two cleaning ladies are all over the ile. We cannot pass. And the sad thing is that they are old. We are trying to be respectful and them on the other side they have no respect for clients. The nerve to tell me its wet. What about what i want to buy.They need proper training. Boxer is serving clients. I went to the office to report them to the store manager he just told me he will address them. Why did he not get out of the office to see what i was explaining to him. Please train your staff properly. I left without even buying what i needed to buy. Teach those old women cleaners a thing or two about customer service. Or they must be retrained how to clean the shop.

Bad Experience.
I am coming from Boxer in Noord rank. These two cleaning ladies are all over the ile. We cannot pass. And the sad thing is that they are old. Boxer cares less,horrible customer service.
Frustrated customer!!! On 24th of June 2023 I went to boxer superstore to buy some groceries, I went to the parcel counter to put my parcel at after an hour I returned to parcel counter only to find that my parcel was given to someone else. I have attempted to stress that I've lost valuable things so I need my stuff back I have been communicating with the management and have followed every instruction they had to prove what the items were in the parcel after providing the evidence they asked for..I'm still not going to receive my items because I'm being encouraged to open a case because the request to pay for the items lost was declined by management. I followed up again and was told that the staff member that gave my items to another customer has just lost her child so I must wait so I waited..please be careful when you shop at Boxer! Do not leave your items at the parcel counter because they will tell you that you leave your items at the parcel counter at your own risk!!! I am very disappointed with the way this is being handled by Boxer so insensitive and rude I regret even going there to shop had I known I wasn't even going to set foot in that shop!!

Bad service
Hi iam not happy with the attidute of noord street boxer staff. I went to buy and i wanted the prepaid water and electricity. The cashier told me that they don't sell prepaid ( water & electricity) using a card, i must go and withdraw money first, then asked her since when because i have been buying from boxer then with bad attitude, she said she will not sell it to me next time, i can also ask her manager. She called another rude lady, who just told me that she does not have time. I must speak then ask her about this, she said, this is an old law, they are not allowed to sell to us. She left me while i was busy talking to her. It does not make any sense, if i go for shopping i expect to be treated with dignity not to be shouted by your rude staff who does not have manners. Even if you ask for cash back it is a problem. There are so many retail shops that we can choose to shop at

Such an horrible experience
I had A very bad experience doing my grocery at boxer MTN..... Was doing my Christmas shopping using a stokvel card was pointed to que for stokvel, the que had like customers in front with 2 or more full trolleys each person. I stood on the que for 40min had to go to the office an ask for the store y only 1 till is for stokvel cos there's too much items to be scanned by one person and do mind that there was no packer she had to pack also, the store manager said that's how they operate bcos there must be a security checking I "then y there's no one packing?" her solution was to call a trolley guard to do the packing it was the old man he couldn't do anything. I spent 1hr 45m on that que had to cancel some of my appointments for the day. I WILL NEVER DO MY STOKVEL AT BOXER AGAIN I'M GOING TO ANOTHER RETAIL STORE.

I bought a stove on the 15/07/20 well it didn't work as i expected i called the store and spoke to a guy named Sibonele, he was damn rode to the fact that i wont be setting foot in that store ever again, the way he answered the phone was not in a professional manner instead of apologising he said cool whatever anyway how can i help you? The worst service ever

Disgusting and Pathetic Very Poor Customer Service
I went to Boxer store in Noord Street Johannesburg as it is my favorite store i always travel more than 8km to go there do my grocery shopping but when i was standing waiting to pay i say a guy coming from infront of me and he went to tallk to the cashier i was standing there for more that 5 minutes while another cashier Amanda Vuthu was busy with another customer this guy paid and left we waited again this while she was still standing there taking coins from the plastic we ask if we may come and pay she was so rude she said how can we come and pay while she was still busy with coins i said we didn't know because we so someone paying to her she said yes but the guy is working there i told her i that she must not do flavours because we all also customers she then closed the till and left me standing when i started to talk to her she started swearing at me i went to the security and ask to speak to the manager he ask me what was the matter i told him he said it is to early to talk to the manager i waited again to pay to another lady by tge name of Amanda Vuthu and i ask the name of her colleague she said i don t know in a very rude way why don't you ask her I'm very disappointed about the service i got from your cashiers she is short and light skinned everyone refused to tell me the name of the store manager i felt like she's the one in charge because she didn't care about what i was saying I'm angry and disappointed
