One thing about Telkom woodmead if they are not offline they are out of stock of E-sim I have been going there several times still no stock,i called this morning on 011 468 5659 and 010 493 0875 no 1 is picking up and the 011 number is not going through
I opened my account on the 28th put up my plan and banking details and i was required to authenticate it but i didnt to my suprise on the 29th 10pm money R99 was debited to my account? I didn't authorise my subscription may I please have my R99 back
I could pay my rain account im December due to not having electricity where im staying as the transformer boomed nowvin January im trying to pay my balance is R1298 i asked why because I was told this is not a contract but yet im charged for services not used so i decided il cancel everything and you can come get your router im not happy at all

Im told my policy lasped of not receiving 2 payments meaning it takes 2 months for a policy to lapse not 3 months yet i was debited twice but im being told il get 1 refund and why still debit me if it has lapsed? And eas the policy not supposed to lapse after 3 months after 3rd attempt If so please refund me all my premiums paid and cancel all policies I have with Old Mutul im tired of this
I received an email on the 4th October about missing a payment,21 November as well and on the 24 November another email my policy has lapsed I sent at email asking for clarity still no answeres November 25th no debit order went through 28 Nov i called i was on hold for 28 minuted no assistance Policy no-102098656001 072 054 1097
The service is poor i logged a complain regarding the internet i was paying more than what we have agreed upon i was told a recording will pulled and i must wait for the call its been 2 weeks now no call nthn now i owe R564 how i dont know
I have a loan with capitec and my debit runs on the 28th but today i was debited and i made a call on my app i was tranfered back and forth and will wait for a consultant to give me a feedback and a refund but after waiting 7 min the call disconnected no one called back or got my refund back so i called again to hear the same story then call kept counting with just me on the line service was not as good or helpful as i thought
I thing i regret is having a loan with African i was over debited and for me to get a refund its a nightmare when you call customer service takes you up and down i submitted my documents 3 days ago but still nothing everytime i call im taken back and forth about verifications
So i have a short term loan with African bank I missed March February payment of R1215 and arranged that March il pay R1901 and Apri R1901 to cover my arrears to my suprise 28th March i was debited R1215 and i thought maybe R1901 will start April and on the 4th i get another debit order of R1901 that was not even arranged thats so unproffessional and im not happy about this
