I always receive Tekkie Town notifications, when I try to unsubscribe their newsletter. It always don't go through and they always send me those newsletters of which I'm no longer interested in receiving them. Its been five months trying to unsubscribe but don't go through.

Tekkie town online- customer service live chat or even calling in is in competent and unable to help with anything.never call them,I ordered a sneaker a month ago ,called there online department and logged multiple cases with them to change the delivery address , Almost 3 weeks later was the delivery done and still delivered to the wrong address.my order was ******/lost and now more than a month later Tekkie Town is not taking accountability for the mess up and still having to go back forth to get a refund "Tekkie town online- customer service live chat or even calling in is in competent and unable to help with anything.never call them"

I am so disappointed with Airwalk Tekkies I was gifted a pair and was with for fitting middle January 2026 from Tekkie Town West Coast Mall in Vredenburg. I am a 52 year old male and in my youth I wore Airwalk Tekkies as I was a Skater and they were the best. This pair I keep in the box and only out them in once a week to go to town and in less than 10 wears the entire sole has collapsed and inside stitching come out in both pairs. A PEP store pair of shoes last longer at R100 cost. Tekkie Town need to do something about the quality .

Bought a pair of Puma Takkies at tekkie town on friday 27/02/2026. Paid R1400 the sole hurt my foot really bad. Took the pair of Takkies back to the and explained them the situation they now asked to take my shoe back as there is nothing they can do about it. Please do not support businesses of this type as they tend to take your money and they do not want to assist when it comes to exchanges.

I went to Tekkie Town this morning at New Redruth, Alberton. I received excellent service from Sihle. I was very sorry to hear that the store is closing. I certainly hope that this does not mean that Sihle will no longer have a job. Tekkie Town you have a gem of an employee - please look after him.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Tekkie Town store in Bela-Bela in Town. Yesterday, I purchased a pair of branded sneakers for my daughter; unfortunately, they were too small. Today, when I returned to exchange them, I was sent from one store to another and back again, wasting my time and petrol. I want to stress that Tekkie Town is not the only place to buy branded items; we choose to shop with you because we support your store, not because you are doing us a favor. Specifically, I interacted with a staff member, CATE , who did not provide the support I expected. This entire experience was extremely inconvenient, and I urge you to improve your staff training so other customers don't go through this.
