Boxer cares less,horrible customer service.

Frustrated customer!!! On 24th of June 2023 I went to boxer superstore to buy some groceries, I went to the parcel counter to put my parcel at after an hour I returned to parcel counter only to find that my parcel was given to someone else. I have attempted to stress that I've lost valuable things so I need my stuff back I have been communicating with the management and have followed every instruction they had to prove what the items were in the parcel after providing the evidence they asked for..I'm still not going to receive my items because I'm being encouraged to open a case because the request to pay for the items lost was declined by management. I followed up again and was told that the staff member that gave my items to another customer has just lost her child so I must wait so I waited..please be careful when you shop at Boxer! Do not leave your items at the parcel counter because they will tell you that you leave your items at the parcel counter at your own risk!!! I am very disappointed with the way this is being handled by Boxer so insensitive and rude I regret even going there to shop had I known I wasn't even going to set foot in that shop!!
