I took my car for service on the 19th of September for the first service at 8500km, the car did not have any problems. On the 7th October the car did not want to start flashing an engine sign on the dashboard, called in the branc, the lady I spoke to said I should tow the car in at my expense, on Monday I called my insurance which gave the number for renault roadside assistance, they assisted and towed the car to North end, I called in to ask if I needed to come, spoke to Megan she said mno, I must put the warranty booklet in the car, later on 11h15 they called again to say I need to come and sign they will not work on the car, I came. I asked how long will it take for the car to be fixed, they could not give me an answer, went to the branch manager who was very rude and undermining me as a female, said he did not know anything about service dept, asked toilet a call and ask them how long the car will take, he told me that when u are sick u don't go to the vet but to the doctor so he won't help me I must wait as there are car's booked in for service. I asked him why he is shouting at me when I'm not shouting, he said sorry with a rude tone, we argued over him shouting at me again, he ended up saying my car will not be serviced at his branch I need to take the car. Port elizabeth branch need service dept is horrible, they messed up my car during service and now I need to wait for the car's booked in, still they don't have time frame of waiting times, and when I took the car for service I was no.3 and got the car at 17h30 after calling them, they did not feel like updating me.
I went to shop at boxer noord street on 26/09 at 17:00 I think, was assisted by cashier Nosipho sethi, I bought 3 clover powder milk on promotion and some items, I then packed my items and took out the milk from the boxes as they easily tear the plastick she then said to me "cc hamba nama box akho, and throw them away outside " I then explained my reason for taking the milk out she verbalized she is not interested and I found the milk in the boxes and now that I bought the milk it meant that I was responsible for the disposal of the boxes. I left her shouting that I will take them with me whether I like it or not. I went to check my groceries with the security, while there another lady security which did not have a name tag came with the boxes and said I must throw them outside they are mine, I explained to her again my reason for taking the milk out of the boxes, she said the milk is mine now so I must dispose, there was a bin next to the door, I then asked her to put them there she said no the bin was for slips. The lady who was checking my items stopped and said she wont continue until I throw the boxes and said I'm not special and they wont change the manager's rules for me and other customers are disposing their boxes and I must do the same. I left them shouting until I got into a taxi. I really had a horrible experience at boxer from staff members who can't treat customers with respect. So unprofessional they don't have name tags from the cashier to the security's I identified the cashier by a till slip, I was carrying 4 plastics, and expected to carry 3 empty boxes from the strore and go out and look for a bin. I have shopped at boxer before and never got such service it's worse to say it's the manager's rule that I need to take my boxes along.
