****ed up dealership, worst service. Run away from this brand. Bought my car in driving for a diagnostic. I come to pick up the vehicle on their request to do so after I declined the job which should be covered by warranty that they want me to pay almost R 10k for out of my own pocket. Upon Collecting my car I am told I must tow it out of here as they will charge me for putting it back together again although I paid the assessment fee they quoted me, but because I refused their quote im expected to take my car striped. I have signed to pay another grand plus to put it back to how it was. Appalling service. Do not buy this brand

I have had a very bad experience , I took my car in for service and they reported a possible oil leak, they advised I should drive for about 500km and bring it back in, when I did that, they confirmed there is most definitely an oil leak I must book it in , 12 of march 2025 I took the car in , there is no curtesy car , no car I could hire as my car would be in for two weeks, such a huge inconvenience!!! 26 march got a call to say the car was ready, picked it up and next day when I drove it, it made such a terrible sound as if there was a zinc I was dragging under the car!!

I was reluctant going there due to bad reviews but i'm happy i took the risk, started from booking the service(SANDERO). Their system is user friendly i booked online, and a lady by the name BUHLE contacted me and took me through the paperwork needed (very friendly). And on the day of the service(6/3/2025) i was assisted by a lady by the name ANEESHA, what a patient & sweet lady as i was panicking due to the fact that it was my first time going to this branch but she was so patient with me. Through to the time i picked my car when they also fixed my wipers that were faulty. I was very happy & satisfied about their service and could feel the difference after my car was serviced. To top it all she mounted my lisence disk🙂Thank you seamans staff, we really need this kind of service as ladies out there as we tend to be abused and taken advantage of.❤️❤️❤️❤️

My car drivers window does not close its almost a week now , they asked me to bring the car for the window to be fixed last week friday. And it was not fixed they said that they submitted the issue to warranty, this car is only 1 year I have bought last year. Monday I called to find out , I have been waiting for the feedback since. Today I called again still no solution apparently the warranty is not at her desk so she will call me back .What a horrible service , can't drive my car any where due to the open window , its not safe and also bad weather. I am so much disappointed and why don't you re-call the cars to rectify the windows mistake and I know I am not the only one experiencing this window issue. I even ask the lady for a workaround so long so that i can drive the car , she says there's nothing she can do I should wait for the call from the employee that's not at her desk

Seaman's Renault in Port Elizabeth is just horrible and careless. I have no more trust for their services as a loyal customer of theirs for so many years. They just care about money over customer service.

I took my Duster for a service at Seaman's Renault in PE and was assisted by a lady named Cindy Radloff. She was polite, friendly and extremely efficient. She told me about discount vouchers and assisting me loading the vouchers. She acted very professionally and I felt my car was in good hands. I could not have asked for better service
