****ed up service from Seamans Renault Port Elizabeth
****ed up dealership, worst service. Run away from this brand. Bought my car in driving for a diagnostic. I come to pick up the vehicle on their request to do so after I declined the job which should be covered by warranty that they want me to pay almost R 10k for out of my own pocket. Upon Collecting my car I am told I must tow it out of here as they will charge me for putting it back together again although I paid the assessment fee they quoted me, but because I refused their quote im expected to take my car striped. I have signed to pay another grand plus to put it back to how it was. Appalling service. Do not buy this brand

Bettersure/ Mutual and Federal
I was calling to cancel a policy with them instead I was sold a product with home contents added at the similar amount I was paying at Santam for only land and building cover. I regret my decision. Bettersure is by far the worst ever I have experienced in my lifetime when it comes to Customer service. I had a break in into my home in May 2023 and some valuable items like tv's Soundbar, laptop, Playstation, a watch an inverter amongst some of these items. It is now August 2023 and my claim is still unresolved. After countless calls and emails that I have sent then I still have received no feedback. Nqobile the person handling my claim asked me to put my complaint in writing to them. It took another 3 weeks for them to answer me not in writing , but by phonecall. I asked her to tell me her response in writing and that took another 3 weeks to do after I had to email her again....DO NOT TAKE A POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER. MY CLAIM STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED. THEY HAVE NOW ASKED ME TO LIST ANY OF MY PREVIOUS INSURERS. I am assuming they are trying to find a loophole desperately so they repudiate my claim. What a sham of a business.
