My car drivers window does not close its almost a week now , they asked me to bring the car for the window to be fixed last week friday. And it was not fixed they said that they submitted the issue to warranty, this car is only 1 year I have bought last year. Monday I called to find out , I have been waiting for the feedback since. Today I called again still no solution apparently the warranty is not at her desk so she will call me back .What a horrible service , can't drive my car any where due to the open window , its not safe and also bad weather. I am so much disappointed and why don't you re-call the cars to rectify the windows mistake and I know I am not the only one experiencing this window issue. I even ask the lady for a workaround so long so that i can drive the car , she says there's nothing she can do I should wait for the call from the employee that's not at her desk
I requested for cancellation in December 2021, yesterday I received a call that my membership was never cancelled and my account is in arrears . Shame on you after you took most of the services we signed up for in the name of Covid 19 regulations and restrictions were dropped but those services you never availed them back (Sauna, Wifi and hairdryers). We even washed with cold water. Will never recomend anyone to sign up with you , you dont value your clients, you just scammers.
I've claimed on my policy, and received an sms that the claim has been be approved. But it has passed 48 hours when I call centre they confirm that claim has been approved, but they don't see on their system why its not paid I must call the PE branch where I claimed. I've been calling the PE branch no answer, I am so disappointed at the service that I am getting.
My Father submitted a claim 4 weeks ago, Safrican consulted called him and said they processing the claim but till now no update. He went to the offices in PE to follow up, they say the claim is rejected, no reason stated. How could you do this to your clients, we cover our extended family members because they depend on us and we the only bread winner . We trust you with our money every month we pay your premiums, but now you failing us in time of need. We pay insurance because we want to pay our last respect to our loved one , with dignified sendoff .
I booked a room for 1 night for ladies and confirmed that visitors are allowed during the day, so it happens that my friends arrive before we checked in. We didn't even know they were there they hide their cars, and when arrived she was so friendly that she have a surprise for us. She showed us around and conference centers and when she opens one of the conference rooms they were there. We laughed about it and she said we could use one of the conference room, we planned to go to the beach or sit outside in the braai area. She offered that we sit in one of her conference room, but we didn't sit there, only took pictures. We were amazed about her friendly welcoming, little did we know she's planning to milk our money. While making braai meat we tought lets make potjiekos since itself catering we did not think it would be a problem cooking one pot, she demanded R300 for that pot we cooked and we were not the only one used the stove. Forgot to mention the pool was dirty couldn't even swim.
I used to be a big fan of mugg and bean restaurants untill the incident that happened yesterday 2 October 2019. I felt so disappointed, humiliated and disrespected. I was doing shopping with my 2 month old baby in Greenacres mall in PE, then i thought let me have lunch as usual at Mugg and bean. Well the gentle man welcomed then i chose the table i wanted to sit in as i was with the baby pram so i did not want to block the way for other customers and even thier employees when they serving others. I seated the waitress came to take my order, while waiting i got my milk shake then i decided to breast feed my little girl so when the food gets here she's also full and will be able to enjoy my meal. So i breastfeeded her, so another waitress came and say i should cover up and i asked why. She said because that's the restaurant , well i said it's not my 1st time breastfeeding there as i usually do eat there. Then i took the towel and covered my breast and sipping my milkshake, she called the manager the manager said i should cover also the baby with the blanket. I refused told them let me rather leave, because my baby will become restless when she is covered with the blanket it's hot. Mind you the table is close to their kitchen way as i didn't want to block the way. So i said i would like to cancel my order i will finish up the milk shake and pay for it. So the manager said and other 2 waitresses except the one who is serving me standing around the table, i must pay for the food i said no Mem i sorry i won't be able to do that i have not eaten your food. So i told them i leaving i don't feel comfortable and the treatment they giving me is not acceptable. So the they left the table, one waitress did not go as she took the baby blanket trying to cover my baby, i said she must not do that I'm leaving she asked not to leave and not to be upset about the situation. I should understand that there are white customers that have different cultures and they will complain and go on Facebook. I asked her so am i not valuable customer? She did not reply. So the waitress came with the food the i told her i leaving i don't want the food. She came back anf forth packing the food as a take away. I told her i won't pay for the food, she called her Manager again i told the manager again that no i won't pay anf how unhappy i am with the way they treating me. She threatened me to call the security, as i was speaking to them tears were rolling on my face with so much disappointment that about four women standing around me abusing me publicly for just breastfeeding. So i said i will pay to avoid the security being called for me and they should keep their food. Another customer came asked what was the issue as he could see i was un happy and emotional. So He told them they are being unfair as the is no sign or note that breastfeeding is not allowed. So they eventually they gave me my money back then i left.
Yesterday I went to buy Tuesday 2 special , the cashier Gcobisa Maku said that the EFT machine is not working . She said she is tired and the machine is slow , so she turned the EFT machine off . So many customer were turned away because they didn't have cash. I was forced to pay cash, then waited more than 30 minuted for my order . Order were ready packed but there was no one to read them out to us . I asked the cashier to call a manager (Brian Minnaar) for me .He did not even come to hear what I was about to say , he went to read out the orders . Very disappointing poor service especially from the manager , he didn't even apologize for the delay . His response was that he was busy , when i complained to him .
