Not Virgin Active telling me they never cancelled my membership from 2020 even though I have a reference number confirming that I did and now they tell me I must pay before renewing my membership. What a pathetic and poor service they offer on their admin side. Such poor poor management and processes.
Seaman's Renault in Port Elizabeth is just horrible and careless. I have no more trust for their services as a loyal customer of theirs for so many years. They just care about money over customer service.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I have been getting from Renault Seamans in PE as they seem to care more about money than customer service. I am so disappointed in how they broke my trust.
I bought a bed from Sleepmasters on the 30/07/2024 and till today they have not delivered and I have to constantly call them myself to track the status and reasons for the delay which keep changing every time I call. Email feedback is worse because it’s so nonspecific and generic as if it’s automated. Do not ever waster your time and money buying from them.

The Clicks in Penford Kariega/Uitenhage has really amazing and consistent people working there. They are so helpful and polite. I really enjoy my shopping experience every time I go there.
I had the worst experience at Buco Kariega when I was not allowed inside the store because I arrived at 16:50 and the coloured guy at the gate who refused to give me his name said they close at 16:50. He was also not wearing a name badge by the way. I asked why would they put up a 17:00 closing time on their operating hours board and he said from 16:50 the cashiers are cashing up and no one is allowed to come in the store. When I asked for their store manager he said he went home already yet after I called one of the store employees I know a manager came to talk to me moments later. The manager I spoke to (a short white guy) said they close at 16:50 because of safety and security and that is their store policy known by their head office. That time I had left work earlier to make it in time to make my purchase but that was all for nothing. I will never go back to suck atrocious treatment as a customer of this brand. Clearly closing earlier than the displayed time is more important than my purchase.
So if you get a delivery while you’re not at home because you went on vacation and for some odd reason your TakeALot delivery item is damaged and you only see that after 7 days then you are *****ed because they will not process a return/exchange/refund for you. Absolute nonsense!!!
So I took up a contract with Telkom then cancelled it within the cooling off period and yet the cancellation hasn’t been done 2 months later and they are billing me for a service that I am not using, a sim card they collected and a contract that was cancelled with a reference number and yet there is no explanation as to why all of this is happening. I am so irate.
Markham in Cradock tell people they can only buy with cash if there is load shedding. What kind of service is this?? In 2022?? Where we have load shedding every week??? I’m appalled and extremely disappointed. They just sent me away saying I cannot buy using my TFG account
