Poor service , I’m shocked how BP would even allow a garage to operate with out a proper functioning fuel card machine
One of my fleet vehicles had went to the garage , it was a return trip so he had decided to fill just enough to get him back to the depot
After filling R300 of diesel , driver was ready to pay but the fuel attendant insisted that the fleet card machine is not working , he wanted my driver to pay him in order for him to make a plan to swipe the fuel card , but in the same breathe tells me that the fuel card machine is broken. I requested to speak to the owner or manager or supervisor on sight and the petrol attendant tells me there was nothing. I refused to pay any other way but swiping my fuel card , after wasting time bickering the fuel attendant saw he was not winning and magically a plan was made.
