Poor service , I’m shocked how BP would even allow a garage to operate with out a proper functioning fuel card machine One of my fleet vehicles had went to the garage , it was a return trip so he had decided to fill just enough to get him back to the depot After filling R300 of diesel , driver was ready to pay but the fuel attendant insisted that the fleet card machine is not working , he wanted my driver to pay him in order for him to make a plan to swipe the fuel card , but in the same breathe tells me that the fuel card machine is broken. I requested to speak to the owner or manager or supervisor on sight and the petrol attendant tells me there was nothing. I refused to pay any other way but swiping my fuel card , after wasting time bickering the fuel attendant saw he was not winning and magically a plan was made. 22/05/2025 18:00
Poor service I went to the branch on Edwin swales The service was poor I waited over 50 minutes to get a simple part When I entered I was the 2nd customer in the shop It was a bicycle chain Upon arrival they didn’t even open the front door The whole lot of staff were busy having their own party They took their own sweet time to service customers I went on the 3rd of august The time was 15:30 I had only got out the shop at 16:22 Really poor service
The date is 9th of July 2021 The time is 19:00 I ordered a family meal from pedros chicken in chatsworth Based on tranquil street I placed the order over the phone The time was 17:12 when I called in to order My order had been taken down and was confirmed and my number was taken They said that the order would take at most 45 minutes Long story short I arrived there at 18:45 to collect my order and no one took interest to serve me After that I finally got someone to help me and they can’t find my order An order which was placed over an hour ago and then they say to me to wait for them to make another order which would take 8 minutes This kind of service is pathetic and poor The service in this restaurant is weak There is no communication what so ever This is not of a restaurant standard rather of a ****a shop entry level quality The pedros branch in chatsworth unit 5 is absolutely pathetic The service is absolutely terrible
Very poor service I had an issue with a delivery from Fnb through CCD couriers I called numerous times in order for someone to help me I did get a hold and asked them to please calll me back as people were unable to help me This service is absolutely poor and ridiculous No one has called yet
I’m so disappointed with the service that I had received from Swaadisht foods in malvern engen garage We had placed the order for the food at 15:05 They said that delivery would take 45 mins to an hour nothing more nothing less It went just over an hour and we called at 16:23 to find out the whereabouts of the food as time had passed He said that he would call back in two minutes but he had never called me back I called again at 16:41 to tell them that there was still no response The food had only arrived at 16:50 When the food arrived it was cold and the burger was soggy and the chicken chow mein tasted absolutely horrible The kiddies chicken burger was also cold and my 5 year old complained about it The service delivery is absolutely pathetic The food was late and cold This is really dissapointing
