Please be aware of Invicta Holdings/ Bearing Man Group. Customers and employees or potential clients seeking to do business with this company should be advised that this company shares false information with insurance companies to repudiate legitimate disability claims. They take your personal information and fabricate false information. The public should be very careful when opening accounts and sharing personal information with these companies as they use the information to share false information with other companies. Businesses be aware as your per personal information may be shared with fabrications. These companies are disgusting as the have no morals and ethical business practices concerning honesty. Not only do thier clients complain about their poor standards but they also are very dishonest.

I requested a bearing from them and if they stock available. Fast response as to getting the part number from me. I gave them the OEM part number. Three weeks now, I'm still waiting for a response from them. Very bad client service !!!

The branch in Strydom Park is absolutely useless! They hardly ever have stock of common bearings, regularly supply the incorrect parts even when you have a sample. More than 2 days to order the correct items and they never call you when it arrives. It's a wonder they're still in business

I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging, but there is a big difference between being busy and being disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy. Instead, I received rudeness and arrogance from Rosie, both during the call and again when she called back only to be even more rude. This behaviour shows a serious lack of professionalism, common sense, and customer service skills. A frontline employee represents the entire company, and with service like this, it’s easy to see why customers might choose to take their business elsewhere. My review has the power to influence many potential clients, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend Seal Co BMG to anyone. Management should urgently address this issue and ensure Rosie receives proper training—or is removed from frontline customer contact.

We are abattoir operators in KZN and have an Abattoir in Dalton, we had a break down with a piece of equipment and needed a new gearbox. BMG supp**** us the incorrect gearbox, we had 240 animals in the lairages which were supposed to be slaughtered two days ago, we are feeding them and giving them water! We had to transship 180 animals to another abattoir 4 hours away as result. BMG then promised to send us the correct gearbox from JHB overnight. Well guess what we woke up this morning and it was never sent, now they are not answering their phone's. It's been three days that these poor animals have been suffering in the lairages. I am extremely frustrated and angry with this companies general lack of urgency! Totally unacceptable.

BMG Worcester has very poor customer service. Contacted them in regards to a 13mm cdrive socket that I need. The guy **** about calling me back. I repeatedly called back and spoke to at least 4 different people and all of them failed to even know what a cdrive socket is and also to find out if they have any 13mm sockets in stock. After calling back and being on hold for a while, they started to pick up and terminate the call right away. I also messaged them on WhatsApp with photos of what I need. It's a few days now and I never heard back from them again. I contacted the branch in Ceres and also sent them photos of the type of socket that I need. The guy ordered the socket and assured me that it's the same type as the photo. The experience was better than with the Worcester branch, but not surprisingly the guy ordered the wrong socket. It's frustrating that people with such limited knowledge can work in tool sales. Very disappointed
