We are abattoir operators in KZN and have an Abattoir in Dalton, we had a break down with a piece of equipment and needed a new gearbox. BMG supp**** us the incorrect gearbox, we had 240 animals in the lairages which were supposed to be slaughtered two days ago, we are feeding them and giving them water! We had to transship 180 animals to another abattoir 4 hours away as result. BMG then promised to send us the correct gearbox from JHB overnight. Well guess what we woke up this morning and it was never sent, now they are not answering their phone's. It's been three days that these poor animals have been suffering in the lairages. I am extremely frustrated and angry with this companies general lack of urgency! Totally unacceptable.
Be Very Careful when purchasing a vehicle from this company. They are extremley good at Buying Cars but terrible at selling cars and supporting their customers. We bought 2 cars from this company, both too over a month to finally get to us. The one car broke down as it left the show room, they repaired the car in their workshop, the vehicle then went for branding for some time. On it's way to our business it broke down again and was towed to a Webuycars approved workshop and was supposedly repaired. 800Km later it broke down again and Webuycars Walked Away from their responsibilities and refused to repair the vehicle. We now sit the with a repair bill of R180k which was half the value of the vehicle when we purchased it. We tried contacting them, not interested and don't even reply to legal letters. I will NEVER use this company again for anything!
I am from the Winterton/Estcourt area and am embarrassed and disgusted by the sate of the Shell Ultra City on the N3 near Estcourt. It has supposedly just had a re-vamp, well you wouldn't say so when you look at the state of the place. The roads are broken, the gardens and lawns are neglected and there is ******* all over the place. I'm sure that this is not what Shell aspires to.
Another pyramid scheme where everyone wins except for property owners. Fantastic business model, they collect the full booking money from customers on booking and then pay the establishment's months later. Impossible to speak to anyone or contact anyone. You have to keep begging to get your money out of them. There's always an excuse or story when you ask why you haven't got paid. It's time that they fell on their sword!
We Buy Cars are clearly very good at buying cars, but not very good at selling cars! We went into there Springfield Park facility in Durban 3 weeks ago and offered to purchase 2 vehicles. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. They suddenly start adding all sorts of extra costs onto the offer to purchase such as Delivery Charges and extended warranty. We told them that we would collect the vehicles and don't need to pay delivery charges. We were then told that we had to pay this and we had to take out an extended warranty. Surely it's the buyers prerogative to pay for these extra charges should he want to. It's called choices and options. The paper work keeps building and the pushing around from pillar to post continues. I've never had such poor service when trying to purchase a vehicle from somebody.
I bought a RC Helicopter on ebay from a company in Germany in January of this year. The parcel has been sitting at DHL's Johannesburg warehouse for weeks now and nothing is happening. I have sent investigation requests tried to contact them but unfortunately DHL is one of those companies where you can't contact anyone. You have to ask question's to a BOT or online form. Where to from here? You pay a lot of money to use a reputable international courier service, but you get this type of service. Unacceptable in my opinion!
My two sons are Vitality Members and have recently joined the Virgin Active Gym in Stellenbosch. They have been charged full membership for almost 6 months and Virign Active is refusing to reverse the over charges or do not seem to have the will to do so. We are students and rely on every cent to survive. No one can help us, this has become very frustrating.
We are members of Virgin and discovery and we continually get debited the full amount of gym fees every month. I cannot seem to get Virgin to refund me . They are a *******
I was convinced to take out an extended warranty on my washing machine. It broke with two years still to go on the extended warranty. When I asked Makro to sort it out I was told that I was using it for commercial use. Which I am not, so they repudiated the warranty and left me high and dry! DO NOT TAKE OUT EXTENDED WARRANTY'S THERE'S ALWAYS A CATCH!
We have been fighting with Vodacom for over 3 years, as we are paying for a service which we never receive! Our internet connection is a continuous problem and nothing seems to be done about it. We decided to make alternative plans with other service providers, however Vodacom refuse to release us from our contract and in fact refused to reply to our efforts of cancelling our agreement with them for "Non Performance". We never paid our last bill because no one would help us with this and we were now with alternative service providers. They then CUT all our other services i.e. cell phones, internet connections at other sites without any warning or notice. This is totally Unacceptable behavior.
