I requested a bearing from them and if they stock available. Fast response as to getting the part number from me. I gave them the OEM part number. Three weeks now, I'm still waiting for a response from them. Very bad client service !!!

It's been 2 weeks that I've been waiting for feedback on one of my accounts. They phone me and tell me that they wil come back to me about the problem and yet, I'm still waiting. This is very bad customer service from such a large company.
Once again FNB disappoints. Now waiting two (2) days for feed back on a account and no one has contacted me since Tuesday. FNB makes promises that they don't keep.
FNB customer services is very poorly managed. I was told on Saturday that the hold on my account needs to be hold for 24 to 48 hours. Today after 48 hours, they informed me that weekends are not included in that time period. My query can only be attended to on Monday morning. I wassupposed to make payment on Saturday and now I must wait longer. Time to change to another banking facility.
They keep on threatening me with letters to take me to court. I have asked for proof of service delivered and they can not produce any proof. Their phone lines are not working and only communicate via e-mails. This company is a BIG SCAM AND ONLY TRY TO CLAIM MONEY FROM IGNORENT PEOPLE. I WILL NOT PAY A CENT TO THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE.
They are sending me summuns after summuns for a document that was apparently signed by me in 2014. When I ask for the proof where I signed, they do not show me but instead keeps on sending summunses. This is very bad clientele from them and are conciddered a fraudulent company to me for not giving proof. Everyone please be very careful when dealing with these fraudsters.
On 28 October my house was broken into and almost cleared out everything. My ADT alarm system did not go of and when I walked into the house, alarm had no response. I had to press the panic button for the alarm to go off. I waited 10 minutes before I phoned ADT to find out why they are not responding to the panic alarm. Since then, one technical man came to my house to look at the faulty alarm. says that it is out dated. Need to replace the board inside the box. For 3 years I have been paying for a alarm system that does not work and now my belongings are stolen due to a faulty alarm system. ADT, your services are very bad and I want to remove your system from my house for it does not serve me any good. Very bad service and very bad products. ADT, you are responsible for the loss of all my belongings that got stolen.
My ADT alarm system goes of for no reason and sends a Panic alarm to the control room. It is 3 years now that the problem persist and the technicians have bee 3 times to fix it, to no avail. Every time the technician come to repair the alarm, I have to pay for the call out. After every time it rains, the alarm goes of. Very bad customer service from ADT. I want to cancel my subscription.
