Management just want to see payment on the exact date a agreed and if you don't pay they immediately switch off electricity until you pay no matter the reason of none payment. This mix students and working classes at same floors. As much as working class need to sleep, students keeps making noise the whole night and day. When a tenant report faults they take forever to fix even small things as light bulbs. They are the worse service providers when you need accommodation in Johannesburg.
