They not picking up the phones

My mom is there and they lying to her says they phoned us and they do not ,they not picking up the phones ,it just rings ,or the phone call are just bieng Ended.Something is not right there .Mom has been doing well for a week and just like that out of nowhere shes down.People are dying there ,there no docters after 4hr in the afternoon been trying to phone for 3 days now

1 DAY I phoned all these numbers and it says this numbers does not exist, 021 834 5811/021)8345826/+27 21 834 5804/+27 21 834 5819

They dont pick the phone.
