Beyond Frustrated and still no car

This company has had my car for over a month now, I can't get them on the phone. They delayed the process of collecting it at a tow away area for over 2 weeks, with absolutely no communication. 6 weeks of back and forth, I had to complain to Iwyze that they're not communicating but I'm still faced with the same problem.The first time they told me they orderd parts and when I asked when they'll get them, they didn't know. Last week they said the parts will arrive Friday. Today they will get back to me on either watsapp or sms...I can't believe my life right now, they are truly frustrating me . 😞 😓 😩 😤 😡 😠
