My car was painted a different shade of white and they expected me to pay extra for them to polish it. How do you not know colours yet you call yourself an expert???? Rude team, I mean everyone who works there. I wish Miway would stop using them.

It seems that there is quite a few customers who experienced unprofessional service from Bradbury's Auto Body as I also had. When phoning them to inquiring regarding work on the vehicle the response is that someone will phone back but nobody does. It is unfortunate that insurance company referred us to them. Will never ever make use of their service again if I can help it.

The worst service I have ever received. The had my car over a month and nothing has been done on my car. I have to wait another month for them to get parts, they **** to me that they send additionals to my insurance only to find out after 10 days that the insurance never received anything from them. I will never recommend this company in my life.

This company has had my car for over a month now, I can't get them on the phone. They delayed the process of collecting it at a tow away area for over 2 weeks, with absolutely no communication. 6 weeks of back and forth, I had to complain to Iwyze that they're not communicating but I'm still faced with the same problem.The first time they told me they orderd parts and when I asked when they'll get them, they didn't know. Last week they said the parts will arrive Friday. Today they will get back to me on either watsapp or sms...I can't believe my life right now, they are truly frustrating me . π π π© π€ π‘ π

This company has had my car for over a month now, I can't get them on the phone. They delayed the process of collecting it at a tow away area for over 2 weeks, with absolutely no communication. 6 weeks of back and forth, I had to complain to Iwyze that they're not communicating but I'm still faced with the same problem.The first time they told me they orderd parts and when I asked when they'll get them, they didn't know. I have never seen such an unprofessional and poor service, i took my car for assessment beginning of AUG now its October waiting for parts, imagine a common car NP200. They send out a communication that parts have arrived and you wait another 3 weeks to repair. They are unreachable on their lines 80% of the time. I requested for a towing they said they don't have a tow truck in the last minutes, when i told them earlier. I had to inform my insurer to change a panelbeater after waiting for over 2 months

They stayed with my car for the whole week without any communication. Each time i call for feedback I get **** to. The worst ever, itβs just unfortunate that 1st for women referred me to them.they make you like they are doing you a favour. I would never use them again even if they pay me

I was referred to this service provider by Dial Direct Insurance. To repair my vehicle. it is now two weeks the vehicle with them. The vehicle had minor damage that require removal of the front and rear door and replaced with new doors. The Vehicle was delivered to them on the 3rd of October 2022. They informed me that they began working on the vehicle 5th of October 2022. To date i have not receive the vehicle. The Vehicle needed no panel beating but i was told the vehicle is at panel beating. Good at giving feedback, but dishonest . however they do not respond to emails and what'sup messages.
