They stayed with my car for the whole week without any communication. Each time i call for feedback I get **** to. The worst ever, it’s just unfortunate that 1st for women referred me to them.they make you like they are doing you a favour. I would never use them again even if they pay me
Good day. Firstly i’d like to say that your claim process on the app is super cool, but your lack of communication after the claim is finalised is really frustrating. I left my car at the panelbeaters on monday the 8th may 2023 and collected a rental car. Nobody from the insurance has bothered to keep me updated on what happens next, I’ve been calling the panelbeaters and the insurance daily getting very confusing stories. I feel that it is the responsibility of my insurer to check on the progress of my vehicle repair, my car can not sit at the panelbeaters for a whole week without any progress and nobody cares about it. I’ve only been given the courtesy car for 15 days and today is day 9 Already but the repair process not even stated. I need my car repaired by the time I return the courtesy car. When i call in i get people that will be telling me that they are not at the panelbeaters and they don’t know(like really). Someone needs to urgently attend to whatever that was loaded by the repairer for additional repairs and approve it so that they can start ordering parts. I mean it’s just the sunroof that’s damaged for crying out loud. Whoever calls me should have answers and exact dates as to when am o going to get my car back,fixed. And what happens with the courtesy car after 15 days because my time has been wasted already.
Good day. I do not have an account with edgars and im not planning to open one, but i get numerous calls and sms everyday about an outstanding account for someone that i know. I have tried to explain that i am not that person and i do not intend to pass the message to her. The fact that she owes u is none of my business and the point that she put my number down as her next of kin doesn't mean that you have to harass me on my own cellphone. The consultants that calls are very rude to a point where one consultant told me that they are going to call me untill their client pays the account. Where do i fit in, was i there when you gabe her credit? I do not remember giving edgars consent to call me. What you are doing is harassment and i owe you nothing. I want my number to be romoved from your database with immediate effect
