This VVM attorneys has a problem when it comes to giving people paid up letters, there's always a story when you want a paid up letter, I'm wondering if they are really settling our debts, every one is complaining about the same thing, I haven't got mine since July 2025

Was contacted by VVM attorneys due to owing Telkom. I'd paid in full, back in April 2025, and requested a paid up letter. I was told to wait. Fast forward to January 2026, where another attorney had contacted me to blacklist me due to the above account. After having contacted VVM again, on 22 January 2026, I was informed that I need to wait for 72 hours for my paid up letter to reflect, and an additional 21 days before it would be sent to me. Upon inquiring as to why I did not t receive it last year, the consultant tried telling me that I had not requested me. Upon providing proof that I actually had, I was still told that I'd have to wait. One should not have to face being blacklisted due to failure on VVM's end to do their jobs correctly. Highly unprofessional and has a pattern of lying.

RECEIVED A SETTLEMENT DISCOUNT OF 35% @R1 411.71 - IT WAS PAID AND PROOF OF PAYMENT SENT TO VVM ATTORNEYS WHICH IS BASED IN RANDBURG - WEEKEND VODACOM THEIR CLIENT THAT SENT INSTRUCTION TO THESE ATTORNEYS - THEY THEN DEDUCT 864.87 WHILE I SETTLED THE ACCOUNT ON 35% BLACK FRIDAY - A COMPLAINT WAS LAID TO VODACOM BEFORE WHEN AN INDIVIDUAL FORGED MY ID AND RENEWED MY CONTRACT - I NOW WANTED TO PUT THIS MATTER TO BED AND THEY STILL CONTINUING WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE - I DID NOT EVEN AUTHOURIZE ANY DEBIT ORDER FOR VODACOM BUT THEY STILL DEDUCTED - THEY NEED TO RE-IMBURSE ME MY R864.87

In Aug I was contacted that I am owing money, paid everything, was promised a paid up letter with in 2-4 weeks. Still waiting, when I call them, email them or WhatsApp them I get a run around. No body ever calls back, 3 months later still waiting for a paid up letter

What company this is they get to pick and choose who they want on pip if you don't make 100 per collections threatened with dismissal and management favours certain staff that didn't make 100 collections by not putting certain staff on pip but instead offering new jobs to them.What a toxic management.

VVM debt collectors kept on calling me about a truworths account which I closed in 2023 but only for them to tell me that I have an unsettled debt and my account is in errors so I have to pay R850. I then arranged for a debit order in July just so I can close the account and get a settlement letter but still they don't want to give me my paid up letter

Highly unhappy with the service from VVM and feel they don't treat their clients with fairness. My home choice account was handed over to them and no one even informed me they only work with the arrears upon me wanting to settle my account and i went on the WhatsApp services which is now been made known to me that it is actually just a bot ,i specifically requested a settlement amount which this bot gave me and i paid, two weeks later home choice calls me stating in need to make a payment on my account ,how is that even fair when i requested a settlement and now my account is still not closed, the team leader Yvonne who assisted me very professionally over the phone is now only telling me over email i spoke to a bot and that was not the settlement amount. i am furious cause i don't have, money to still pay and all they telling me is sorry it was not the correct information the bot gave you, how is that treating clients fair.
