Capitec hires *****sters and protects them, their Employee Jabulile Masondo (Bara Mall) checked my profile, called and threatened to kill me, I reported this to Capitec. To date, no feedback is provided, instead amounts that dont make sense are being deducted from my account.
It is a complete farce that FNB has a consultant like Nadeema working in their Complaints Resolution department. Her job is meant to be resolving issues, yet she is the primary source of frustration, delays, and unprofessionalism. Nadeema Carrim is a horrible person to deal with. She is dismissive, lacking in basic competence, and seems more interested in gaslighting customers than actually providing the resolution her job title suggests. To be met with such a toxic attitude from the very department meant to help is unacceptable. FNB needs to seriously investigate the conduct of its staff in Complaints Resolution. Avoid her at all costs if you actually want your issues fixed.
This Bank doesnt even deserve a star, they are horrible. Ive been dealing with Siphamandla. Instead of responding via email he wants to call me for accounts that have reached induplum. Their team even offered me 11k instead of refunding me. I went to their Dobsonville branch, Siphamandla told the consultant to tell me that he will email me. To date, I haven't received anything from Siphamandla but an automated response when I follow up.
Im still waiting for Clayton from Forensics to provide feedback. I dont want a call, they must put everything in writing.
Ive been communicating with Naseema, I asked for a simple thing she hasn't contacted or even acknowledged receiving documents I sent, this bank is still failing me. I thought since Naseema is in the Exec team, she will speed up the process but with the horrible experience in receiving it clearly shows that FNB dont care about their customers.
I had a wonderful experience at Clicks Dobsonville today thanks to the Manager, Paul Stephen Mashinini. I was R1 short for my snacks, and while the till staff couldn't assist, Paul stepped in immediately. Without any fuss, he personally gave me R20 from his own pocket to cover the difference and then some. It wasn't just about the money; it was the kindness and the "Ubuntu" spirit he showed. He is a professional leader who clearly cares about people. Clicks needs more managers like Paul. Five stars!
I am escalating a severe internal security breach at the Capitec Chris Hani Baragwanath (Bara) branch. I have provided comprehensive evidence and screenshots to your Forensics Team, specifically to Clayton (Forensics), yet I have received no feedback while my account remains compromised. An employee named Jabulile Masondo (known as Jaybee), stationed at the Bara branch, is actively using her internal system access to tamper with my account, manipulate mandates, and block my security approvals. Capitec, how is a known *****ster allowed to remain in your system with access to client data? This is a gross violation of the POPI Act and banking regulations.
Ive had a horrible service from Jessica, shes acting as a manager for the billing team and shes an agent. I was following up on my compensation, Jessica told me that I will be refunded R 429 in 5 to 7 business days. Where is the fairness, when customers cant make a payment, they take their service. Now that Im asking to be compensated, im being told of a ridiculous TAT whereas theres an option for immediate payment.
Im starting wonder why I switched to FNB, this bank is lowkey horrible. I sent an email on Friday, I got a nonchalant response that it was escalated. I have an emergency currently, I was told to wait for Monday. Also, their team mustn't call but communicate with me via email because I'm tired of repeating myself.

I was approached by a group of men carrying firearms claiming to be representing FNB. When I spoke to a staff member named Sabelo from the Forensics team to verify this, he was extremely rude and refused to provide his surname for accountability. As a pregnant woman, this level of ************ is ********. It appears FNB staff are leaking my private location data to armed individuals to harass me. I have already escalated this to the CEO’s office and the National Financial Ombud. FNB, is this how you treat your clients? With armed threats? I demand an immediate investigation into Sabelo and this breach of my safety.
