The worst service I have ever received. The had my car over a month and nothing has been done on my car. I have to wait another month for them to get parts, they **** to me that they send additionals to my insurance only to find out after 10 days that the insurance never received anything from them. I will never recommend this company in my life.

Claiming with this insurance and their panel beater Bradbury automagic is been a nightmare. I haven’t had my car for more than two months and no work is been done on my car. All I get is run around. I call the panel beater and they tell me to call my insurance and the other way round. I just want my car fix and I am done with this insurance. No customer service and peace of mind.
Experiencing the worst experience with my claim, is been more than a month waiting for my car to be fixed. The claim was approved 2 weeks ago but I am still waiting for the signature of the authorisation officer. Been calling since last week but no response. I have been trying to call my contract since last year September and the customer center always tell me they will get back to me but still every month you deduct money from my account, and when I reverse it you close my line, I made contact with you more than 10 times now and it doesn't look like you want to cancel my contract. What must I do?
I have never had a bad service provider than mtn, the worst i have ever experienced. I canceled my contract in September but the billing still continues this day. I called many times and all I get is reference numbers I don't know what to do with them because they are useless. They suspected my line 4 times already and now they don't want to open it, I am told they are still busy with investigation. I have nothing to do with your investigation, but why close my line.
