Bad quality service

I bouught a phone with the brand Primio on ot, and it has an assotiation with Bradian, their phones are ****, i only used the phone for 2 months and today i took it back in. Their phones are not fixable and they are not even user friendly.

i send Premio and emailon the 15/04/2021 and since i have had no reply.

A lot of people are complain about this brand and find it as a waste of money. please remove the phones from the market, rework the concept then you can sell it
