Bought a phone by Ackermans 31st December 2023 the second week in January the phone over heated brought the phone back the told me they will send the mobile away to be fix I waited over 3 weeks they gave me a new device I literally put the device on it over heated again I brought the device back told yhem same problem they told me the same thing I need to wait to get feedback from Bradian logistics guys the 7day issue from the phone was bought is ridiculous I initially bought this phone for my mom & now she's been without a phone from January please who ever is in charge because the managers at canal walk SUCKS BIG TIME & NOW I WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE FROM WHOEVER
