On 2025/02/05, I lay-bye'd a Defy fridge (model C300WD) and a Restonic Ballisto bed (no. 859188) at Bradlows Arcadia, Stanza Bopape Street. I paid R13,000 and was left with an outstanding balance of R994.90, which I settled on 2025/02/08. Within a few months of using the bed, I started to notice that the mattress was sagging and not in good condition.
I went to their branch around June to lodge a complaint, and again in July. On 25 July, Restonic SA contacted me on WhatsApp and asked me to send a picture of the bed, which I did. I have been going to their branch many times, and I even spoke to the sales lady on WhatsApp. Every time, she told me she would follow up and get back to me, but she never did. On 3 September, I sent a WhatsApp message to Restonic SA; they said they would get back to me, but they never did. On 11 September, I sent a private message on their Facebook Messenger, and they gave me this reference number: MO-REST-20250723-4376.
