BAD AFTER SERVICE

So you dont have Polokwane or your call center on this site.

We bought a lounge there and they send mgs yesterday its out for delivery... this morning a giy called for directions and then told us he is not delivery anymore today, we phoned customer care they asure us they will deliver today . Okey its 5 hours later stil no delivery, i called the store for courier guys number dont have , called customer care to help they cant we must wait they deliver till 6am. Okey we are staying far thats why i need to know what is going on and even if they planning to deliver anything. They made a promise for today but no follow up or help!!!
