So whe are from the farm, went to Kolonade Shopping center at 20:25 we order staff is rude and not friendly at all, it looked like we are bothering her to order. While we sit there , they start to wash floors , take out dustbins , move tables , they just want to go home, dont care about customers sitting there.
So you dont have Polokwane or your call center on this site. We bought a lounge there and they send mgs yesterday its out for delivery... this morning a giy called for directions and then told us he is not delivery anymore today, we phoned customer care they asure us they will deliver today . Okey its 5 hours later stil no delivery, i called the store for courier guys number dont have , called customer care to help they cant we must wait they deliver till 6am. Okey we are staying far thats why i need to know what is going on and even if they planning to deliver anything. They made a promise for today but no follow up or help!!! Good day On 17 Dec I placed a online order with 3 products on showing delivery will be done on 26 Dec. Today marked 31 Dec with only 2 items delivered. I phoned Makro Online 2 times ; the last time they said they will email me the courier details so I can follow up with them and still no email or delivery received for the last product!!!!! With a house full of family and promise delivery date this is humiliating!
So I have order fans for this heat in Limpopo fans recieved, not one ***** is in the box!!! My child is screing of the heat and i can't do anything!!!
so I have 2 Numbers that can upgrade 19|9|2024 , as one has been upgrade and then they told me they dont have stock for the other number but will send it as soon as there is stock. and still nothing and still no call back. i treid to call 3 Times and send mails with no responds!!!!
I have my vechile lic disc that needs to be delivered, after the first faild attempt i called the call center and told them to please keep it at the polokwane depo so my driver can pick it up , she said she will arrange, when i wanted to send the driver they call and said , the package is again put for delivery and again it was not. So when i send my driver to depo they have send it back because of faild delivery. I can't drive without that paper!
We were so happy to buy our Ford Ranger next gen last year Sept/okt. It was a Demo , best service recieved , with only 11000 km on the clock. The vechile was send back a few times for stuff that was not correct, from window rubber to panels not klipped in. It was in for tealignment of the dash also beginning of the year. The last week i have a noice at the back of my vechile , sounding like something is loos , for me to take my bakkie in means , driving 120km into town and 120km back. As someone said it can probably be the spring bushes. I feel that since i have this vechile it only gives me problems and i pay a damn lot for it.. Ford please get my vechile in Ford condition as on this stage i can not recommend Ford.
MR Price Mobile is taking advantage of old people! My father in law is trying to cancel his contract for the last 2 to 3 months. I have send the mails to cancel. They call ho. And just want another payment or 2 before it can be canceled, everytime another story. This is messed up!
It has been 2 weeks , i have ordered with FNB connect , been approved but they keep telling me its at validation and on hold it will get fewdback in 24- 72 hours.
So December I place a order , when i received my order they have send me Klipdrift Brandy and not Bells Whiskey. They picked the incorrect product up and they have send me the correct product but I stil have not yet recieved my replacement and on the app it says shipped be delivered 1 Jan 1970!!!!!! I've send a mail requesting what is going on and all they say is they are trying to find the parcel. And If i send a follow-up mail I am being ignored!!!
