Absolutely pathetic service❗️ I canceled my lay-by (reference 16541768) on 1 July and asked for a refund to be paid into my business account. I was told I needed to provide a police affidavit, which I did immediately, along with every document they asked for.
On 10 July, I called to follow up and was told the Randburg branch manager would call me back with a portal number. That number is apparently needed just so I can find out what’s happening with my refund. The manager never called me back. Not once.
Why must a customer keep chasing a refund like this? I’m the one calling, emailing, following up, wasting airtime, while they sit in silence. No updates. No accountability. Just lies and empty promises. This is completely unacceptable.
On 11 July, I called again, only to be told my refund was canceled because of “missing documents.” What documents? No one told me anything was missing. No phone call. No email. Nothing. I was just left in the dark.
They gave me an email address to send the so-called missing documents to. I sent them. I even CC’d another address. Still no reply. No acknowledgment. No one had the decency to say a word. I had to keep calling just to be ignored all over again.
The Randburg branch is run by people who clearly do not care at all. The manager is ***********, the staff are unprofessional, except for one light skinned lady I beived tried her best to assist. The entire experience is honestly disgusting. How is this place still open?
To anyone reading this, stay far away. They will take your money and treat you like you don’t exist afterwards. No respect, no service, no shame. Never again.
