Compliment
Great service from Rayan Monroe, he was so honest about the whole process even though they faced some challenges due to the rain when they had to deliver our containers. I highly recommend Brand Containers.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
This is a scam company! Stay far away!!!! We bought a 6m shipping container from them. On delivery day the delivery company, Power Maritime logistics (Also a scam company) wanted an insurance deposit for the shipment. Refused to pay this insurance, because something felt wrong... And yes still waiting for the container!!! Sent someone to their address. These companies do not exist!

This is a scam company! Stay far away!!!! We bought a 6m shipping container from them. On delivery day the delivery company, Power Maritime logistics (Also a scam company) wanted an insurance deposit for the shipment. Refused to pay this insurance, because something felt wrong... And yes still waiting for the container!!! Sent someone to their address. These companies do not exist!

SCAM!
We were almost caught by a person called "Ronald Errol" from Brand Containers Pty Ltd. We wanted to purchase 1 x 40ft container from them and decided to first visit their "premises" in Cape Town as per their website (22 Carriage St, Salt River , Cape Town, 7925) which DOES NOT EXIST. I write this review in the hope that no-one loses their money. We have spoken with MSC and strongly believe this company is operating in a criminal manner. We have no fixed proof at the moment, as investigation is underway however.

Stay away from Brand Containers pty ltd! The worst service ever! Non existant!
The worst experience ever and extreme poor service. We ordered and oaid for a brand new 6 meter container and delivery was confirmed by Ronald Errol for 30 January 2021 at 13:00. On the morning of 30 January I received an e-mail from another company that I must pay a so called refundable deposit of R 9000 to release our container which was paid in full. And low and behold no kne is reachable by phone or e-mail on this saturday. We now have a situation that we have paid Brand Containers for a container which we have not received. The worst customer service ever -it is non existent.

Great service!
Honestly, Brand Containers has been delivering great service! I've used it for over few years now and I've never had a bad experience. Containers are delivered on the scheduled date, sometimes sooner which is always great. I've never had to return anything as the Containers are always perfect .

Great service!
