Shout out to Kloof Medi Clinic in Pretoria East for the excellent and professional service provided to my 91 year old mother on the evening of 3 June 2024. From admission untill her discharge on 5 June 2024 they showered my mom with love, patience and the best care one could ask for. The doctors and nursing staff are the best and most caring people! Treated my mom with empathy

I did not use Woodford, I canceled my booking due to Woodford charging me twice for the same service and keeping the R4000 holding fee. I am battling to recover my R 28,000.00 being held by you.
Stay as far away as possible from Hopper when booking flight tickets. They are fast to take your money but when you need assistance they are non existent. In fact, they require further payments from you to a so-called upgrade to be able to receive customer support. After buying airline tickets and paying for insurance in case of cancellation due to any reason - they fail to reimburse you which in my books equals fraud!
The worst experience ever and extreme poor service. We ordered and oaid for a brand new 6 meter container and delivery was confirmed by Ronald Errol for 30 January 2021 at 13:00. On the morning of 30 January I received an e-mail from another company that I must pay a so called refundable deposit of R 9000 to release our container which was paid in full. And low and behold no kne is reachable by phone or e-mail on this saturday. We now have a situation that we have paid Brand Containers for a container which we have not received. The worst customer service ever -it is non existent.

It should be minus 10! I ordered simple pamper nappies and a wipe warmer which was supposed to be collected by my son from one of their branches. 5 days later I receive an e-mail my order is delayed. Upon enquiry I was offered a $5 gift ehich I can use when I order again. Two days later I am informed that my order is cancelled by me???? Really! They took my money and I must re-order! And pay again??? DO NOT EVER EVER USE WALMART FOR ANY ONLINE SHOPPING
