I have recently had the utmost pleasure of dealing with Brand Innovation for the first time ever - what a treat!! I received such great service and Ruth was wonderfully efficient, friendly & courteous, helpful and accommodating. I was in a hurry for my items which arrived ahead of schedule and found a hand-written card and some gifts in the box to thank me for my custom - which is unheard of in this day and age.
