Brand Build SA Over Promise and Dismally Fail to Deliver! Oh, and be prepared to be shouted at by a guy called Stan!

I have never written a company complaint and in fact this is my first time registering to Hello Peter, but my experience with Brand Build SA has been absolutely atrocious. Their tagline/motto is 'Same Day Printing Guaranteed', in fact, they repeat this on their site about 5 times and assured us via email that this was in fact true. It has now been two days and I am waiting for my order and suddenly phones go unanswered and when I finally get through I get shouted at for rushing them and get told, "Nothing is ever guaranteed" and "You should plan your things ahead". I just want to say that this company's main value proposition is far from the truth, so if you ever want to use a company assuming what they promise you is true, DO NOT use Brand Build SA. Their customer service alone is enough to put you off, whether you have a week to wait for your order or not, and above all, they cannot deliver what they promise and if you dare ask why, expect an earful of reasons why you are to blame.

Absolutely ridiculous! I don't even know who the owner is, it seems to be a one-man run business. So thank you, Stan, for your crudeness, ignored calls, false promises and dismal approach to handling clients. I still don't have my t-shirts.
