Lies and no delivery on product after payment.
Wow. To say the least, from day 1 there were issues, it was promised the next date, after payment was made, the payment couldn't be found until I called again 4 days later when hearing nothing. They then promised it the next day again. The next day, when it was to be delivered, I had to confirm the size of the print (hint, delivery ain't happening if it isn't even printed) after that, silence, my partner asked me to eventually call them and cancel the order entirely 1 week later, which is when I googled their reviews, every issues we've had, falls in line with every issues everyone else has had. Would never recommend

STAY AWAY
they catch you with this good service and quickly to come and show you demo samples. i ordered 70 shirts and 3 weeks later still waiting. i physically had to drive the rivonia central and SIT in their office and wait for the t-shirts to be quickly rushed and branded. branded quality is not good and you can clearly see rushed job. From my total R13200 order....still missing 15 tshirts and the branding was not done correctly.

Brandbuild SA always delivers for me
I am actually shocked at the reviews on this site, I have done business with Brandbuild SA (Stan) for more than a year now and he has always delivered on time and normally double checks and triple checks before he produces any artwork I send to him and he always seeks clarity on exactly what I need done, we use him to do signage and vehicle branding for some high profile clients and have yet to receive any complaints from work he has done. I think most of the comments here are more misunderstandings as he has come across as a reasonable but firm person.

I am actually shocked at the reviews on this site, I have done business with Brandbuild SA (Stan) for more than a year now and he has always delivered on time and normally double checks and triple checks before he produces any artwork I send to him and he always seeks clarity on exactly what I need done, we use him to do signage and vehicle branding for some high profile clients and have yet to receive any complaints from work he has done. I think most of the comments here are more misunderstandings as he has come across as a reasonable but firm person.

Brand Build SA Over Promise and Dismally Fail to Deliver! Oh, and be prepared to be shouted at by a guy called Stan!
I have never written a company complaint and in fact this is my first time registering to Hello Peter, but my experience with Brand Build SA has been absolutely atrocious. Their tagline/motto is 'Same Day Printing Guaranteed', in fact, they repeat this on their site about 5 times and assured us via email that this was in fact true. It has now been two days and I am waiting for my order and suddenly phones go unanswered and when I finally get through I get shouted at for rushing them and get told, "Nothing is ever guaranteed" and "You should plan your things ahead". I just want to say that this company's main value proposition is far from the truth, so if you ever want to use a company assuming what they promise you is true, DO NOT use Brand Build SA. Their customer service alone is enough to put you off, whether you have a week to wait for your order or not, and above all, they cannot deliver what they promise and if you dare ask why, expect an earful of reasons why you are to blame. Absolutely ridiculous! I don't even know who the owner is, it seems to be a one-man run business. So thank you, Stan, for your crudeness, ignored calls, false promises and dismal approach to handling clients. I still don't have my t-shirts.

Poor quality, not honouring gurantees
<p>Used Brandbuild SA (they advertised extensively on OLX and Gumtree) for shop signage and vehicle branding. they also go uder the alias of Brand Creation and Boldmedia (there should be the warning). Attractive pricing was soon offset by poor timekeeping, even worse quality, and when things go wrong, zero after sales service. I am now sitting with a misprinted lightbox with dark spots, and a delivery vehicle with peeling stickers after less than a month! The owner Stanley is extremely rude and agressive and calls legitimate complaints "*****ing and moaning". </p>
