I booked Buzz Movers for a last-minute move and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. from submitting my enquiry, no one responded and when i called them, they said "Ray emailed the quote to you already". he didne. when I managed to get the quote, it was R6 000 without checking my inventory list; once corrected it jumped to R9 600 for their “executive move” package for 8 to 10 workers. besides the jump in price, they then said i needed to pay 100% of the bill first which I did. On moving day I was promised an 8 am arrival — then 11 am, then 1 pm, then 2 pm, then 3 pm, and finally 5 pm — I had to move the furniture back in the house as it started to rain, and then they only arrived at 17:45 with 3 people instead of the 8 I had paid for. They were too tired to complete the move, so I ended up providing food and accommodation for the workers who asked if they could complete the job the next day. The next day, after loading properly, I got into my car to finally head to the moving place 7 kilometres away, but as I got there, they demanded an extra R5 600 or they would take my belongings to storage and charge R4 000 holding costs. When I called to complain, a staff member said, “Does that sound like my problem? You have 5 minutes to pay or your stuff is going to Limpopo.” I had to then speak to Ray and George who gave me the grace of "lets hear your side of the story" and I had to pay an additional R2 000 on the spot just to get my children’s medicine back which was on the already loaded truck. I would not recommend Buzz Movers at all — the whole experience felt like ************ and ******ion. Absolutely shocking business practices from George, Ray, and the unnamed lady. Do. Not. Use.
They don't answer phones, emails, whatsapps, chatbot agents don't answer, nothing. They need to deliver my licence disk as the preferred supplier but simply say "consignee not available for delivery". They never even tried to deliver, more any easy excuse to say they tried when they never did but can't even answer messages or pick up phone
The most disgusting interaction I ever had was with this pharmacy. I ordered insulin from them on the 15th of March, they then delivered 1 vial of insulin instead of the 3 but promised free delivery of the remaining vials the following day. it never came. when the 1 vial was almost done on the 29th of march, I called them to request insulin in their business hours to no answer, sent whatsapps to no response, they were then closed so i had to arrange emergency insulin. they then whatsapped me on the 1st of April and confirmed the insulin would be there on the 2nd of April, on the 2nd of April, I got a call from them placing all the blame on me despite having their communication in writing, they said i was responsible to get a script (they confirmed script as per law by teleconsult with dr) and questioned why I would only follow up when i was on my last drops of insulin and how the blame isnt with them aswell as mentioning i should call them in business hours in reference to them not answering, I was speechless. . they have been paid for 3 vials and again i need to organize emergency insulin because they said insulin would be delivered today but now they arent giving me what I paid for. the responsible pharmacist is shocking and should take responsibility when making a mistake instead of spending the phone call placing blame instead of finding solutions. 10/10 would not recommend.
This review is specifically due to the fact that I have had to deal personally with Stanley Ncube and some of his business's. It would be in line to advise anyone to search how he operates in his business's before following any leadership or life coaching guidance and his self entitled "inspiration to others" after non delivery from one of his business' he laughed at me and called me dramatic (after saying I could collect the product paid for which wasn't even started when trying to collect) I laughed in turn when I saw he had a life coaching and sales webpage later in the day. Ready up on brandbuild sa and tell me if he's inspirational, or a self professed sales guru. 10/10 would advise against.
Wow. To say the least, from day 1 there were issues, it was promised the next date, after payment was made, the payment couldn't be found until I called again 4 days later when hearing nothing. They then promised it the next day again. The next day, when it was to be delivered, I had to confirm the size of the print (hint, delivery ain't happening if it isn't even printed) after that, silence, my partner asked me to eventually call them and cancel the order entirely 1 week later, which is when I googled their reviews, every issues we've had, falls in line with every issues everyone else has had. Would never recommend
Fantastic pricing, quality and service. Real recipe for success, the ingredients really provided a great experience. I told them my needs, they provided the best quality laptop, at a better price, all coupled with quality service.
I have been trying to get me sanlam fund payout since february of 2023 (time of writing - August 2023). I have recieved no communication and however when i have, they acknowled recieving my communication and would either respond or request me to follow up with them within 5 days. I have sent them over +20 emails and my money is stuck in their hands with no attempt to contact or assist me in any way whatsoever. I have just sent them yet another email. While i expect no response, i warn anyone to put any money in their control or expect communication on it. At this stage, im going to a police station tomorrow to lay a charge of theft as they will not act on any request or respond.
Disgusting. Please note this is the second time this has happened. I will use their services, they submit to medical aid and contact me if it didn't pay. 6 MONTHS later the bill surged because they were charging interest and only informed me of the account with no contact this week. I told them that if they needed to be payed, then just inform me. Ultimately I payed the full amount for the services however REFUSED to pay interest for something brought to my attention after several months of interest accrued. Now they want to list me for not paying the interest. Disgusting (happened last time aswell)
Disgusting. I paid for a laptop part. When the estimated shipping arrival time was a month, I canceled the order and requested a refund. To this date, after lodging a complaint to the consumer rights commission and BEGGING the CEO to pay me money back, they simply don't respond or acknowledge my communication anymore.
I placed an order for a laptop battery in June, I confirmed 2 days later that there was no stock until end July 2022 so I asked for a refund, no issues. They just will not refund me, it's been a string of 33 emails, Facebook messages, phone calls to get my money back. This is 4 weeks later and they seem to refuse to deal with the situation with seriousness. I've even CC'd the CEO in who hasn't helped at all
