Outstanding experience renting a projector from The Notebook Company. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism—delivery was seamless, the driver was punctual and courteous, and communication throughout the process was exceptional. The equipment worked perfectly, and setup was quick and effortless. A truly smooth and impressive service. Highly recommended.

Had to resort to the Courts to retrieve laptop. CEO's so called "pledge" to solve customer complaints not worth the paper its printed on. Avoided me. Unrealistic timelines to repair simple issue. Not willing to discuss comebacks.

I had a software issue I simply could not get sorted out. Even after ours on the phone with Dial a Nerd. I decided to phone the notebook company to find out if they think they would be able to assist. Matthew requested I please come in so he can take a proper look and what do you know, after an assessment by Matthew and a few hours later my issues were all something of the past.
