Had to resort to the Courts to retrieve laptop. CEO's so called "pledge" to solve customer complaints not worth the paper its printed on. Avoided me. Unrealistic timelines to repair simple issue. Not willing to discuss comebacks.
Do NOT use this company. Quick to bill. Absolute no service thereafter. Sub-par service. They do not take return calls - so called 6 month warranty not worth the paper is written on! No reply on emails.
Excellent service - will certainly recommend! Thank you to Kobus (sales) and Tolla (construction) for your efforts and proffesional service, dispyte the public holiday and the rain! The end product was as expected and we are satisfied. The only downside is the excess bricks left over - but I do understand minimum order quantities (approx 40 sqm) - hence will have to save this for future use.
Advertise the "price match" - yet when confronted with the same item elsewhere, they offer this pathetic excuse...totally non sensical and hogwash. MTN I hereby want to lodge a formal complaint i.r.o. the attached brand new ****le bought which is faulty – and MTN seem to avoid dealing with the matter. I object to having to wait for months on a new unit that is required for business needs. The MTN shop in Menlyn is un-cooperative, and does not seem to understand the concept of customer service! Please URGENTLY advise why this unit has not been repaired yet? It has now been 3 weeks and I believe unit has not even been send to the repairs section yet? This is exceptional bad service! NEDBANK CREDIT CARD – FRAUD DEPARTMENT COMPLAINT: CREDIT CARD FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION WHILST CARD ON “FROZEN” STATUS REF / ID: 730605 0129 083 / 5898 4600 0422 1461 I wish to lodge a formal complaint with BNedbank Credit Card department as I dio not seem to get clear feedback on this matter. • On or about, 6 april 2020, while on holiday in Bali, Indonesia, my crdit card was either lost or stoleen. • I immediately put a “FREEZE” on the card – and proof is below; • From the screenshot below you should be able to verify the frozen datestamp; • I also send a email to “phising” and received a acknoledgement; • However, on 8 April, a transaction totalling R 1,708.95 was processed – ths dispyte the card being “FROZEN”? • I have made various calls to the CC department to na avail; • Please can you give crystal clear feedback on this matter and refund the funds?
Completely flabbergasted in the dealer incompetence and, even more frustrating, simply taking the customer for a "fool"! I requested a the rain sensor on Fiesta - which came loose - to be fixed back to the windscreen by means of simple double sided tape. This job should have taken 1 min - including a 50 second tea break. The technician came back with comment "this need to be done by a professional windscreen repair-shop" ... what a lot of hogwash. Either this so called "technician" is completly braindead or the dealer is simply not willing to adhere to the most basic customer request. They saved approx R 5 (including their markup) and the techician saved 1 min out of his day! Even more insulting was the so called "maintenance manager" - who insulted my intellegence even futher by saying - it should be fixed with "mirror tape" - the idiot (!) Mirror tape = double sided tape ! it is exactly the same thing! He was grasping for excuses and later said "they simply did not have stock" - how can a dealer not have simple tape ? it like saying, sorry we dont have staplers and pens in the shop - therefore we cannot help you! Utter lack of customer focus. Co-incedently, believe it or not, i am in the market for a Ford Ranger ...and what is the chances i will approach them? ...yeah...lets just say their R 5 / 1 min save have now costs them x 100,000.
Scammer and Thief! Avoid at all costs. Will ask for deposit and then present lame excuses - weeks on end. Will NOT refund your deposit. Drive a X5.
