Stop ****ming people!
Regarding the botched repair on my oven four months ago: the door remains off its hinges due to your technician's negligence. I have attempted to resolve this amicably, but you have stopped responding to my messages. This is my final notice: if this is not repaired within 7 days, I will be forced to take this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Stop ignoring your customers and fix your mistakes.

Dishonest business.
Paid them on the spot for the so-called repair that I was overcharged for. Fridge worked 3days, now back to not working. Calls are ignored, Whatsup are not answered. R1300 repair for nothing. Quick to respond when I made the booking.

****mers! Beware! Not bad service. BUT ****MERS
Total professional ****mers. Pretended they fixed our fridge. Stopped working shortly after they got paid. Ignoring all pleas and calls. Lies himself into a corner in one sentence. Also different (foreign) name on true caller than what he pretend to be. Working as Wayne. Not the name on true caller. They do not give bad service. They are total professional ****mers.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
i would not recommend their service. They came fixed my chest freezer in May 2025, instead of checking the fault they just fixed it firstly and forced me to pay an astronomical amount. It is August the freezer is giving the same problem they refuse to come and assist to look at it or anything they just inform me that it will be a separate fee for a new job. Customer service is pathetic. I was told it was a 6 month warranty and they refuse to assist.
