Paid them on the spot for the so-called repair that I was overcharged for. Fridge worked 3days, now back to not working. Calls are ignored, Whatsup are not answered. R1300 repair for nothing. Quick to respond when I made the booking.
I have my homeloan and mfc on my money app. Now I can only see my mfc account. After 35min on the phone and downloading the app again the guy says it's my fault the accounts are not linked. But it was there last week and gone this week. Now I'm told I must go stand in the queue at the bank again. With my fica also struggling because they say it's done but still getting emails.

I have been with MTN for 20years now, each 2years I upgrade. After MTN informed me it's time to upgrade I did. They then started overbilling me. They now claim it was a 3year contract and not 2years that I now upgraded early. 14Months later and 20emails to various complaints departments still nothing. They can't produce a contract but want to keep me liable for cost. Evelyn forged my signature on a subscriber application form that they now want to use as proof of a contract. Cant believe a company can get away with this.
I have asked ICASA for help a year ago. MTN is withholding my contract, claiming it's a 3year contract but in fact it's a 2year contract. After numerous calls to ICASA and emails nothing has happened. Mavuhugu has written 2emails to MTN with no response and he leaves it at that. When I ask him what now he replies we must wait. It's been a year now with no progress. Is this the watchdog that been paid without helping?
I have asked FNB Law for help with my MTN contract that I have a dispute with. FNB said I'm entitled to the contract that MTN is withholding. After I emailed all the paperwork to them, they said I can ask the NCC for help. This is a basic contract dispute, but FNB are not willing to do anything for the Plan I'm paying for. I need the contact to resolve this matter, MTN is denying me access and FNB is leaving it at that.
