Total professional ****mers. Pretended they fixed our fridge. Stopped working shortly after they got paid. Ignoring all pleas and calls. Lies himself into a corner in one sentence. Also different (foreign) name on true caller than what he pretend to be. Working as Wayne. Not the name on true caller. They do not give bad service. They are total professional ****mers.
For 3 years we stayed in a complex where we did not pay prepaid but got a normal municipal account. Never more that R1200 a month. And that in winter time. Summer never more than R800. Electrical geyser, stove all included. Now we moved into this place with a Citique prepaid meter and we pay R250 every 2-4 days! Its absolutely ridiculous! I want somebody to come and look into this and definately will take it further as something fishy is going on. To crown it all its gas geyser and gas stove now and still...more than double what we used to pay so far! Pathetic!
We have been involved in an armed robbery at our house where my purse with all my cards were stolen. Jet replaced my card immediately on the spot. Mr Price replaced my card immediately on the spot. My bank replaced my card immediately in the spot. My husband stolen Makro card were replaced immediately on the spot. Woolworths, the supposed quality brand name in SA, will take 10 to 15 work days and you will not be able to buy anything on your account untill the card is received instore. I couldnt believe my ears!!!! In this day and age Woolworths of all places makes their clients wait two weeks for a replaced card. Really I have no words!
I just want to inform everyone of the unethical and atrocious behaviour of King Price Insurance we have recently experienced a very short while after we were robbed at gunpoint by 5 armed robbers of which at least two of them had guns on us the whole time and we were bound up. All this whilst our special needs daughter needed to witness and be part of the the sick process scaring her for life probably. To top it all very arrogant accessor visited us, making US feel like the criminals from the start, even asking us about laptops we bought before we were even insured with them! Althought we gave proof of everything stolen he questioned every thing I presented in a very sarcastic and challenging manner. Remarks such as "now I wonder why they did not steal the modems?" ( well why did they not steal the microwave???? Or the slow cooker or my expensive sew ng machine?? The answer is WE DONT KNOW!!!! We wish we know why they chose OUR house ruining my special needs child emotions for life and also thereby exposing us to abusive and degrading treatment from your so called "musketeer". Like a photograph of the tv, asking why would we photograph the television? Like I said we have a child with special needs. The specific photograph was to have a record of a specific science experiement we did that day. Not to mention that I should NOT have to explain to him why my television was photographed!!!! Its got absolutely zero to do with HIM what I photograph in my house or not. I can take thousand photos of my television or whatever I wish and it still got nothing to do with him. Best of all, We also provided him with proof of our camera that was stolen by showing him the battery charger that the thugs did not take as well as the booklet that came with it. Here I need to mention that he requested my childrens (who has left the house already) persononal information like their names and cellphone nrs. The afternoon after he was with us my daughter phoned me from Bloemfontein asking me why the insurance people phoned her saying we said the camera was with her, which it was not!!!! He very well known that we reported it as stolen and that we shown him the battery charger but still he phoned my daughter, lying to her!!!! He acted very suspicious because my previous laptop (not insured with them) broke and I send it to my son who has a little it background to maybe try and fix it. That laptop has absolutely nothing to do with the whole claim, was not insured with King Price and was the reason why we bought another one!!!! As it was broken. Not that that have anything to do with him once again! Now all of a sudden they refuse to even mention our cellphones on any forms saying that is was not specified but he asked us all sorts of question regarding the cellphones that day as well. If it was not insured because it was not specified why did he not say that from the beginning and why did he request us to go an block the phones at Telkom and send him proof of that? Furthermore he started questioning me about the worth of the contents left of our house but did not explain to me why. I did inform him that it was difficult as I dont know the value of most of the stuff. He said he is going to ask me because woman know these stuff better(my husband was called away for a while while this happened) and I am not even the insured or have any clue about prices of household contents. He miscalculated all the amounts he written down and only afterwards (and here Inmean after theybsaid what they are going to pay out a day or so later we recalculated and saw that he made a "mistake" of few thousand rands. So he did not even check his own work. Even King Price acknowledged that! They made a recording of our conversation, not asking permission to do so and also just telling us we must not worry about that thingy which make the recording. Now they very selectively use some of that info but also ignore others! From the onset, I , like the fool it seems I was raised, to be polite and welcome everyone into my house very friendly not reckoning that these people are even more cunning than the thugs who robbed us and no friendly word from there mouths youvcan yake as sincere. In fact we even added stuff to our calculations which he did not even bother to record while he was here, but he has the audacity to handle us like criminals. We may have a simple poor mans house bit we are not stupid, we are not dishonest and we are also no ones fool. We honestly reported the things stolen from our house! We did not even want the cash if they could just replace our stuff as our special needs daughter cannot be educated without her tablet, laptop and tv as she suffers from severe dyslexia, dysgraphia, apraxia, Neurofibromatosis and severe adhd. We have NO NEED to lie about this as we need all this stuff to just continue our life journey woth her! She is mpre than a month behind schedule now! The police were here, the neighbours saw the actual happenings for a while so I cannot understand why King Price needs to treat us like criminals while all we want to do is get on with our life which is already horrendously difficult after such a violent intrusion and robbery of our home! I can just advise anyone to remember this fact when choosing insurance....we chose them because of their cheap prices. But believe me, places like these are not cheap for no reason! Just the way the accessment form was filled in show of a total lack of interest to be if any help to us,the victims in this whole sick saga. On RSG radio station is always a insurance giy warning against these so called "cheap" companies. Well here it is. Jist knownone thing for sure. We have been friendly. Invited you friendly into our personal space and you abused it but even phoned my child 400-500 km away from us and outright LIED to her. It makes me sick to my stomach that someone can be so unethical. They even refuse to answer my husbands emails after they have done so once with very selected answers. They can be very sure that we, who by nature is not vindictive people, will indeed make use of the ombudsman to report this as we find it unnecessary, unfit, unethical and least of all what we need to deal with now after such an incident where we are just trying to get the s****s of our lives together. They are most definately only it for themselves. Even our medical aid which do not include cover for this in our plan have made provision so all three of us get to see a psychologist for a few sessions to come to terms with what happened. Maybe King Price should learn a lesson from them. Think twice before using them! We will surely report them!
I closed my business bank account I think almost two weeks ago. The lady I spoke to on the phone confirmed that once the settlement amount of R181. ?? was paid the account will be closed. Also the account is not showing anymore after that on my online banking when I log in which shows it must be closed but still I receive a message this morning that my account is in excess abd i must make a deposit. I want to make it clear that i paid the settlement amount as instructed and I find this wasting of my time very annoying. Fnb you can go to hell I closed this account with you. And i will just ignore all other messages in connection with this.
<p>Have an account which i diligently pay on or most of the times well before the 1st of the month. There was a mishap somehow and I shortpaid R130 this month. Unknowingly. Makro got a promotion deal on something today that ends tomorrow and when i wanted to pay using my rcs card they declined saying i must pay the short payment first. Which I immediately did as I was not aware of it. I also cleared the payment immediately and phoned to check when i can proceed with my purchase. I was informed that because i made eft or online payment I will only be able to use my card in 5 days and that every month i make payment on the 1st it shows as a late payment as it is allocated 5 days later only! What old world ****! Who can afford to pay their accounts 5 days before they get paid?? To avoid being seen as a late payer??? Just because they make eft payments??? I dont have transport and are doing all my payments via eft with not one single problem like this ever for years and years already except from the old school rcs who expect me to go into town to make a manual payment . How utterly pathetic. Well rcs you are going to lose this sale as i will go on to a more willing and able place to make my purchase as I cant wait for your "horse rider" to deliver a message after a week almost that I made payment. What century are you living in????? Almost everybody gets paid on month end and most pay via eft but that is not good enough for you. But i get it. That is how you make a few extra bucks on late payment penalty fees. From thousands I suppose.</p>
<p>While keeping my business and personal account at FNB i closed down my savings account because FNB could just not manage to stop multiple fraudulent toll gate transactions on that account. Now I do have customers that I do not iteract with regularly but every now and then they pay money in that account accidentily. It happened twice now that i have to ask the customer to please go to her bank because my account that is supposed to be closed and non existing and thus non accepting of payments amd see if they can reverse those payment and she have to do it all over again. My question is..why while claiming to be one ofthe most advanced banks technologically can the decline a payment immediatelt while the oersin is doing it. Why do they still accept payment and then leave the client to.sort out the mess and the just to hope and trust that MY client will indeed go and dot that payment again. They get cross at the effort they have to go through to reverse the whole thing while if that account nr just did not exist anymore on FNB side the payment wouldnt go through and the problem would not have been there in the first place. This makes me feel very unsafe with my bank as I can lose a lot of money this way. That account is closed and.non existing anymore YOU SHOULD NOT LET TRANSACTIONS BE ALLOWED TO GO THROUGH AT ALL. IT SHOULD BE HANDLES IN THE SAME WAY THAN A WRonG BRANCH CODE. I also do not get my sms notifications immediately if there is money paid into my normal accounts. What is goig on at FNB? I am getting very irritated by this all!!!</p>
Someone performed fraudulent transactions on my savings account of which by the way the card should have been blocked still from the PREVIOUS time there was fraudulent transactions from China on this exact same card or account. Well on a card that is supposed to be blocked they managed to do transactions still and wait for it, several times over the course of a week. I have no overdraft facility on this account but still FNB did not decline these transactions. Theyd rather let my account go into excess and charge me a whoopin R75 for that! They did not even let me know my account was overdrawn!!!i reported the fraudulent transactions as soon as I became aware of them on Saterday night. It is end of Tuesday already 3 days have passed and I have heard nothing not a sound from them!?they do not even respond to a complaint email!Best of all one of my clients paid money into that account and FNB had the cheek to deduct all the overdrawn fees from that money leaving me with less than what was paid in. I am starting to get really irritated with FNB and the lack of security and lack of subsequent response or feedback on what is going to happen. How can we help you?well...respond plea
Last weekend my husband picked up that between two transactions on my credit card about R800 went missing. We reported and they promised to get back to us on Monday to see what happens if the account refreshes overnight as the agent also picked up the missing amount. Heard nothing from them. Logged a complaint wit a request for urgent feedback via internet banking and guess what???? No response. I am now very worried with Fnb being in the news lately apparrenly about money matters of the like. I find no feedback on urgent issues like this very cumbersome and unacceptable! And FNB unfortu ately once again leave me no choice but to go public with this. Also the last two day my online.and cellphone banking is going crazy. The day before yesterday my cellphone app for the life of me did not want to accept my password which I know by heart! But if i go to online.banking on my laptop its all fine. Till yesterday the shop did not accept my business account pin nr and also when I got home even the online banking did not want to accept my password. I changed the password and guess what??? This morning the app keeps on saying I have the wrong.password! All this is very worrying
Fnb contacted me more than a week ago offering a business bank acc since i am self employed. Send me forms to complete and delivered the card. Every single day there is a problem with the forms i send them. Then they tell me the id cannot be a photo image it must be scanned. Then i scan it then it is not. clear enough to their liking. Now apparenty the other docs are also not scanned and thus not acceptable even though i scanned it with my phone scanner since i have no other scanner available. Then the one form i must only put my name and sign. Then again no, there is something else i must complete also on that form. Endless struggles wasting my whole fricken week for something THEY offered me. I have send i dont know how many documents again and again and nothing ever satifies their stupid military requirements. And please note they probably have 10 clear copies of my id on file as i am banking with them for years and years already.<br> Do they want to open this account ornthey just want to see how much of ones time they can waste. And also we live in modern ages why is a scanned copy which is much more unclear more legitimate than a photo copy????
