Outstanding experience renting a projector from The Notebook Company. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism—delivery was seamless, the driver was punctual and courteous, and communication throughout the process was exceptional. The equipment worked perfectly, and setup was quick and effortless. A truly smooth and impressive service. Highly recommended.
I am leaving these guys as they are terrible. I had 100Mbps and they dwned me to 50Mbps without any comms, I used to have unshapped, unthrotted. Definitely not the case. Slowest internet of late. Really bad. Stay away.
Very difficult to resolve issues. Alway had great Fibre. Recently experienced a problem with service. Since then Supersonic have halved my speed from 100mbps to 50mbps without any communication and its virtually impossible to get a response from them. They use up all your airtime trying to get a response. Would not recommend them. Time to move on.

Confirming they paid back my money but this has not happened. I see this is a trend. Do not try the 7 day option to get your money back. Its a lie. Internet is really bad, and if you cancel, wave your money good buy.
Last week I visited Capitec to apply for a credit card. They could not help. Told me I don't qualify, which was absolute nonsense. After a complaint they came back to me to tell me that it was a system issue and I must go back to the bank. I returned today, Saturday. The system was now working and they could assist. The consultant then mentioned that if they could not get hold of my HR department today they could not assist me. Which companies HR department works on a Saturday? Not even Capitec's. Note to All: So you cannot apply for a credit card at Capitec on a Saturday. No one tells you this and its not on the website. So i returned once again for nothing. The manager at Cresta would not come an address the issue, they sent the consultant back to me to inform me that they cannot help me. With an experience like this, I would rather pay more for a credit card elsewhere. Thanks for this Capitec, would have probably experienced way more friction further down the road if they cannot even get this right. Customer complaints has no influence on the branch, they cannot help you as the branch cannot see their reference numbers. Consultant said they on a different system and there is nothing he can do about it. Useless, Waste of time, bad customer experience. Nice going Capitec.
Applied for credit card online, was approved online and then asked if I wanted to continue on line or visit the bank. Selected to visit bank with my documents. Got there and was declined. Nothing can do, was dismissed. ABSA has not problem. You get no feedback from Capitec. Useless.
