Petrus Hayes and his co-directors solicit investmet from the public into his floundering used car business. He then sells the cars without repaying the rightful owners. Our group lost over R3M dealing with Petrus, and we are still paying license fees on vehicles he sold to unsuspectinng members of the public. Steer clear of these people- they are the worst of used car sharks.
After havin purchased 2 high end cars from WBC in a year, we emigrated with R15k in our account at WBC. I contacted customer car who bluntly advised me to visit the branch (which os impossible) and track down the salesman (equally impossible) I find it unfathomable how a seemingly repurable company like WBC gives me the run around in refunding MY cash clearly showing in credit on my online account
Got ****med out of R6500 by Mr Admire Ngundu when I hired him for a swimming pool removation. He is a common ***** who masquerades as a pool maintenance contractor
I took my Audi RS5 to this dealership for a check and gearbox service after the radiator was replaced following a minor accident. From the onset I was treated like a second class citizen, with my car falling in the back of the queue every time a newer car with a maintenance plan arrived. I got the car back 5 days later and made it 2km down the road before the gearbox spilt all its oil. Again a hostile service advisor advised they cant help, its my problem to get the car towed back. The next week I was advised the gearbox oil leak was sortedm=, but the car was cutting out now and they were diagnosing. At the end of the s econd week I was advised that the car was no longer starting, and that they needed R16 000 to diagnose why. At my wits end I moved the car to another mechanic, who withing 30 minutes diagnosed that the car's engine was seized irreparable. So this car was driven onto this dealership's ramp, the engine seized in their custody, and add insult to injury, they charged R16 000 to diagnose the sized engine. In this time their technician fumbled from one misdiagnosis to the other, and luckily, we didnt open the checquebook every time they sent an irrelevant quote. When engaging with the service manager, he brought up a bizarre argument that the car's engine seized due to the accident (only the radiator bent in the accident, and it was not driven at all since). Theu took issue with the fact that we supplied o-rings, which Audi themselves could not supply. All irrelevant points to worm their way out of any accountability. Did not even have the decency to refund me for their botched labour. Stay away from this dealership unless you want to be treated like garbage and get your car back in a destroyed condition.
I have been a client of OUTsurance for more than 20 years. No vehicle claims for more than 10 years. Yet every year I have to call and argue against a 13-16% annual increase, whilst my vehicles' value decrease with the same quantum annually. Outsurance will lure you in with a low premium, incentivise you to never claim with a small outbunus, and absolutely HAMMER you with annual increases, which you have to fight tooth and nail to achieve a fair, infation-related increase. That whilst competitors lower your premius along with your vehicle's value. It is time to move my loyalty elsewhere.
This dealer advertises a car at a certain price, and the salesman (Brendan) is quick to offer discounted on the road fees, offfer free delivery etc. You end up wasting a day of your time making arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Then the dealer starts backtracking on his promises regarding discounts. Later you only learn that the dealer has gone behind your back and readvertised the car at a higher price, with the intention to sabotage your deal as soon as he has found a buyer at a higher price. This is simply shocking unethical businness practice.
Would just like other consumers to be aware of this company's practices. They quote one price and end up charging 60% more, whith no clear reason. I find this to be highly unethical business practice
Signed up for Aramex Globa Shopper with great anticipation as I regularly purchase abroad. My very first shipment got lost in Sydney Australia. Calling the call centre is futile, they push you from pillar to post and generally deny the existence of the package. It took the sender more than 20 international calls and threats of police intervention to get Aramex to magically locate the parcel 2 weeks after it was delivered to them. Ran into a brick wall when I requested compensation for spent cost and inconvenience. Steer clear of Aramex Global shopper if you value your time and property.
I ordered and paid for a consignbment of bricks from Nyari Bricks in November 2018. The intention was to support this company over the long term. Our second delivery was only partly delivered, leaving us with over R7000 worth of bricks paid but not delivered. The owner started peddling lies, claiminng the bricks were delvered to the wronng site, and sent bogus photos. Needless to say almost 3 months later he has still not made good on his promise to refund us . I would avoisd this supplier at all cost
Mzansi bricks failed to deliver my bricks, fully paid for. They are still in default after 2 months. Despite numerous phone calls, whatsapps and e-mails, Brandon keeps evading questions and clearly has no intention of delivering.
