Branded supplies

#BS4356 On 25 Feb 2022 i placed an order for black jackets online and made payment for R2874.94 A few hours later i recieved an email from branded supplies letting me know tgey did not have stock of the black jackets that i ordered, I then requested them to give me a refund. I was then told they would let the accounts department know so they could refund me. Today is 4th of July 2022 and Im still waiting for my refund, i have send emails countless times asking for my refund, they would answer me back always telling me they would send a message to the accounts department regarding my refund, but now my emails are ignored.. I got a business number for branded supplies 084 580 8366 i have been whatsapping to find out about my refund, also get told they will find out, or its by the accounts department or the company only does refunds once a week.. I have even called the number and spoken to a lady by the name of Alisha, telling me she will find out whats going on and get back to me, which she never did. I whatsapp again asking for my refund and now she tells me i need to email the company and do a follow up about my refund, how will i get an answer if they dont even acknowledge my emails. I have asked her to give me tge owners telephone number so i can speak to them, im told they can not give out the owners numbers. Now today i have whatsapped asking for my refund, the reply i get back is my refund is sitting with the accounts department. I am not impressef at all with this company.. They are a bunch of thieves.. I want my refund back and i want it today, dont u think 4 and a half months is long enough, its not your money to begin with..
